Very good happy place,clean, great value, great people still. Best in the town Just stayed the one night and then on my way after a great sleep Catch the pony from the station $1, and ask for this place

travelling by train on transit to Inle lake you need to spend one night in Thazi and this place is clean with inroom facilities, it has a decent restaurant as well... the horsecar drivers at the train station know it for sure and will be happy to bring youback to the train station the next day!

We stayed here for a night, as most people do when taking the train! Initially we were not impressed with the room as they were very basic! But, we had a toilet and clean sheets, plus one of the nicest meals in Myanmar. It was good value for money. The family were delightful and showed us around their new extension....

We have stayed at Moon Light Guest House in this July. We went to Thazi because of the early train in next day. It is quite simple if you just wish to have a place to stay. It includes air-con, common bathroom, a soft bed but the room is not very clean. It is really suprised that there is Wifi...

The guesthouse very basic, no hot water (not that you needed it), but a/c and Wi-Fi worked. The bed was comfortable after a day bouncing around on the train. We had our own bathroom. While our bedroom overlooked the main street, noise was not an issue. Owners were very nice and welcoming. We had booked from Yangon before we left...
