Bottom line first: Don’t miss to stay with Carol and Paul when you go to Chulilla. They provide a truly pleasant accommodation in every aspect you can imagine. That Carol will take care of warmer blankets before temperatures are going to drop is just one of many examples. The pictures are talking for themselves. Nice and clean rooms inhabited by... More

Many thanks to our hosts, Carole and Paul, who were delightfully friendly and offered many tips on walks and restaurants etc to fully enjoy our visit. The breakfast was outstanding, being very generous with a wide variety of healthy options and treats, not forgetting the endless fresh coffee. We loved being served breakfast on the rooftop terrace, to soak up... More

The service was great, the host Paul, Carole were very accommodating. Nothing was to much trouble for them. The bedroom was upstairs and the views were fantastic, even at night the peace & quitet was so unreal . The house was right in the middle of the very small Spanish village, a great location for all the bars, cafés and best... More

Spent 4 nights at la casa serena during June. Fortunate to have excellent weather in beautiful surroundings. Extremely friendly hosts and very comfortable beds, followed by a good breakfast on the pretty terrace complemented by beautiful views. The rooms and whole house was spotlessly clean. Many thanks to Carole and Paul who were extremely helpful.

Our first visit to this part of Spain but will definitely return. Our hosts Carole and Paul made our stay perfect in their lovely home. The view from the terrace while having breakfast was beautiful, rooms were spotlessly clean. We went on a few "easy" walks, was so quiet and the scenery was wonderful. Had meals and drinks in the... We were travelling through spain and came across the lovely village of Chulilla and La Casa Serena. Myself and my partner being avid hikers took full advantage of the lovely hikes and stunning views. We left my mother on the terrace to enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains and valley with a cheeky glass of wine or two. Paul... More

We found La Casa Serena on here, TripAdvisor, and from reading all the wonderful comments and seeing the pictures we stopped looking at other places to stay and we are very happy we did! First of all it was a lovely drive to get to the B&B up the mountain through the square (if you took the second exit off... More

I loved everything about our stay with Paul & Carol at Casa Serena and look forward to our next visit. They're British ex-pats, in love with their adopted country, and truly wonderful hosts. The breakfasts on the terrace were the perfect way to start the day and you can access trails for climbing / hiking within minutes of walking out... More

So we actually only stayed here for one night. Which is a shame cause the owners (Paul and Carol) are just superfriendly and very nice. They have created a very cosy and nice BnB with nice clean rooms and soft beds. If you want Paul...whom you also can call Pablo;) .. to make the atmosphere even more nice and warm,... More
