Rooms are fine, comfy beds. Bathrooms are small, often dirty and not in sufficient quantities. Breakfast Buffet not to my liking but good value for $15 location is nice but not easy for walking due to the many Hills

I stayed in a single room shared bathroom. The recently renovated room was very comfortable with fridge, air-conditioning, ceiling fan, safe, kettle, desk and the comfiest bed...high ceilings make the room feel bigger. The bathrooms are kept clean and in 4 days I never saw another person in there when I wanted to use it, showers good water pressure and... More

We spend just 2 nights as we were on the way back home from a climbing trip at Mount Koscioszko. Looked it up online and booked it just one day in advance! What a surprice! Located in a residential, quiet neighbourhood we found a really nice hotel with all we needed for a few days. Nicely located, just a few... More

Glenferrie Lodge is in a good location. The rooms are small. It has recently been updated. Shared bathrooms, need to be checked by the staff more regularly. Rooms without bathrooms causes allot of doors opening and closing throughout the night. On arriving we had a very noisy party going on next door to us. Eventually, we got moved to a... More

Dear Peter, Thank you for your review and I wish to apologise for your poor experience. As you had previously written about the supposed person in the hallway on google. I personally called you to discuss this and left a message as I've spoken to every staff member and nobody has ever known anyone to sleep in the hallway -ever.... More

We had an excellent stay. The location is fantastic for getting into Sydney easily and the facilities clean and to a good standard. We had a front room with balcony which was quiet and spacious. Shared bathrooms were well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and plentiful with long hours and the opportunity to eat in the garden. A short... More

Such an amazing little B&B with the most polite, helpful and friendly staff who are able to cater for any of your needs! The rooms themselves are so clean and have all of the facilities which you could ever imagine. The breakfast which they provide is also amazing, having your classic full English or even some Asian food too! Also... More

Stayed one night at the end of a business trip. Dropped my bag off early (and promptly lost my key!) and left it there the following day after I checked out. - they couldn't have been more helpful. I was slightly worried about the share bathrooms but they are fully self contained so no danger of others being able to... More

Ok the bathrooms are down the corridor, but we never had problem. Full house but always found shower to use. Clean. Room was very clean and tidy. Room to hang clothes. We paid for balcony, small, but little view of harbour and nice to look out. Amazing 6 minutes ferry ride to circular quay and you are in Sydney! We... More

A good clean and comfortable place to stay. We only stayed one night before going on a cruise, so was very easy to walk two blocks down hill and catch the ferry over to Circular Quay. A really good value for money breakfast for $10, with hot cooked food as well as continental breakfast included. Very helpful staff with directions... More
