We were in Canonbie for a family funeral. Some family stayed at the Cross Keys and we all had dinner there the night of before the funeral. We all enjoyed our meals and the attentive service. The family met for breakfast on the day of the funeral and over 100 people were efficiently catered for with a lovely finger buffet...

The family owners were really friendly and welcoming and the bar has a level entry which really suited us as both my son's are wheelchair users. So good we stopped again on the way home...

Myself, my husband and my mum stayed here on 17th September 2016. The room was clean and airy with a well stocked tea tray. Breakfast was excellent, a big plateful and we could have had more tea and toast. Elaine and Stan were very welcoming and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Canonbie and the surrounding area
