I stayed for one night only for a family party. The room (10) was clean and tidy and warm but small the ensuite was ok but the hot water took ages to get hot no breakfast included for £80 so very expensive for what I got. Near the station and family so won't complain but would stay again if I...

To whom it may concern, How do you allow the most disgusting properties like Boreland Lodge Hotel in Inverkeithing. As you will see from my booking number, I have stayed there 2 nights should be there another 2 but left. The reason I was there was to meet up with 3 of my cousins to go to a family funeral....

Paid £210 for basically a store cupboard....and a dirty one at that. Someone's used cotton bud was left on the floor, the bedding was stained, smelt dirty and unwashed, the walls and carpet were stained, there was mould all over the 'bathroom' ceiling and the room was freezing. I couldn't sleep because I was convinced the bedding was unwashed, to...

We stayed for 1 night, we originally booked a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. On arrival we got 3 single beds. The room was not clean and had a light fixture hanging off the wall, there was also no milk for the tea and coffee! The next morning the hot water ran out in our room...

We arrived on the Monday after reading previous reviews about the Hotel we where not best pleased. All the bad reviews lived up to there name bed sheets where stained room was filthy. The TVs are the size of tamagotchi and you need binoculars to see them from you're bed! The walls are paper thin you could here other guests...

The staff are very friendly, accommodating and helpful, and even gave me a complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel is new and still has some minor teething issues, but I'm sure these will be ironed out in due course, and anyone staying in future will have a very good stay. It's a very peaceful and nice hotel that has a homely...

Amiable staff, microscopic but clean rooms. The shower is large enough for very thin people... Set in a quiet neighbourhood, the Boreland Lodge Hotel is a decent, inexpensive option for someone who has to catch an early flight out of Edinburgh Airport the next morning. The lodge has a small bar but not restaurant facilities; the staff suggested that we...

I stayed here for 4 nights earlier this year and genuinely have no complaints, the rooms although perhaps a little tired, were clean, the beds were comfy, the room had good wifi and a wide array of freeview TV channels. I would put this place atop my list if I needed a place to stay in the area again!
