We had our wedding party here in November 2023. From start to finish the team (especially Emma) made everything very easy & stress-free with regular meetings & updates keeping us in the loop. They were very easy going with all of our mind changing & requests, for which we are very grateful! The venue itself is stunning, all the guests commented on how beautiful it looked lit up at night! Both inside & outside were set up fantastically, exactly what we wanted. The whole event went without a hitch, and we couldn't be more pleased with everything. Had a most wonderful evening & are glad we picked Coltsfoot as our venue! Also huge shout out to the chef for not only the lovely pizzas, but also rescuing the wedding cake after it was damaged in-transit!!! Absolute superstar & we can't thank him enough. Quintessential England at its very exquisite, perfect for a large family get together like a wedding, everything is off a beautifull layout and green enclosed courtyard surrounded by the guests rooms in view of the ceremony, dining, bar areas. Just perfect along with friendly staff and great service.

What a dream wedding venue coltsfoot is! From the moment my now husband and I stepped onto the grounds and into the barn we knew it was the one. The whole place had the most wonderful homely feel and it was so personal and intimate - just what we wanted for our wedding day. Not only is the venue incredible but every member of the team are just as incredible. We could not have asked for more accommodating, friendly, helpful and simply lovely people to have helped plan our wedding. You all truly made it so special! No ask was too much and nothing was a bother and the day was just perfect! As the bride, being able to get ready on site and have the use of the hut and the beautiful room made the morning extra special. The don, which we stayed in the night of the wedding was the perfect location as our first night as husband and wife. It allowed us time away from everyone to reflect on our perfect day! Speaking of rooms, the guest rooms were amazing and all our friends and family that stayed commented on how lovely they were and how delicious the breakfast was the next morning! We got married here in July and it was absolutely amazing. The venue itself is gorgeous with exclusive use. The food was absolutely amazing. It was the talk of the wedding from the guests how lovely the food was and how much food they all got. I cannot thank Emma highly enough, she made the planning process so easy and seamless and couldn’t do enough to help us. The wedding morning I felt so calm and relaxed and Emma was constantly checking on us all to make sure we were ok and was on hand if we needed anything. Nothing was too much effort and I am so grateful for you being with me. They have everything covered (even for all weather scenarios) Emma you are an absolute shining star and they are very lucky to have you on their team. We visited for a Wedding on Saturday 5th August 2023. The venue is amazing, quite small but so friendly and intimate. The wedding food was the best I have had for a long time. All three courses and the canapés were delicious. Niamh was amazing and so hardworking.

We got married at Coltsfoot on the 1st July 2023 and we cannot fault the venue! In the run up to the day, the whole team were amazing, super helpful, and responsive. We cannot recommend Coltsfoot enough! The venue is stunning and secluded. The outdoor areas and the barn are beautiful, and the individual guest rooms are spacious and fantastic. We stayed in The Don and it was lovely to have our own little area to relax after the best day. On the day, Niamh and Emma couldn't have done more for us (even leaving wedding cake and a pizza in our room for us for the end of the night so we didn't miss out on trying them!!). Nothing was ever too much and they were instrumental in the smooth running of the day! The food was amazing and got so many compliments from our guests. All dietary requirements were catered for and our guests were left very happy and very full! We had an amazing ceremony and reception. The bar staff were attentive and ensured the drinks were flowing, always with a smile! Also, the breakfast area for the morning after was fab for getting together with your guests to reminisce. All we can say is a massive thank you to the Coltsfoot team and would encourage anyone who is looking for somewhere to get married to put Coltsfoot at the top of your list for venue options!…

Me and my husband got married here on 08.06.23, What can I say this place is stunning I cant not fault anything our day was perfect and was made perfect by the staff they were fantastic, everything went so smoothly. All my guessed that stays said that there room were amazing. Emma Clark our Wedding Coordinator was fabulous she was so helpful helped fix flower girl dress, everything she done we couldn't thank her enough. I couldn't recommend Colts Foot Country Retreat enough. It was a perfect day.

We got Married here on the 30th of April and can honestly say it was the best day of my life! Everything was so relaxed and well planned, the day went without a hitch! We were lucky enough to have Emma, Ruth and Niamh running the day for us, without them I would have been nervous and anxious but they bug us at ease and everything run smoothly. They are true pros. The venue was set up by Ruth and Niamh and was exactly how I envisioned it, perfection! Emma was in charge of the evening and kept everything running smoothly. I cannot thank them enough. Niamh even held my vail walking down the aisle as I forgot to ask my maid of honour! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for a truly amazing day! ❤️

We had our wedding at Coltsfoot in March and it was everything we could have hoped for. Throughout the planning, the team couldn’t have been more lovely, accommodating or helpful. The barn is rustic, original and very tastefully presented - the gardens are wonderful too. Unfortunately the torrential rain prevented us from making the most of the beautiful outdoor space, but this didn’t affect our enjoyment of the day in any way. The food was amazing, both during the day and the hot canapés that were served in the evening by the attentive, friendly team, who looked after us and our guests so well. Mr H, the resident DJ, created a brilliant party in the evening and kept the dance floor packed all night. The guest bedrooms were loved by us and our guests; they were tasteful, individual and spotlessly clean. The perfect day was completed by an amazing breakfast the following morning. We had so many glowing comments from our guests about the venue, staff and food and we are so pleased that we were able to hold our wedding day there. It really is a very special, unique place in a glorious setting and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning their wedding. …

Coltsfoot Barn is simply stunning as a wedding venue. Beautiful gardens combined with a charming barn make a sensational setting for a wedding. This aside, the staff are incredibly helpful and do their level best to curb any anxiety. They seem to have the whole thing down to a fine art. They have thought of everything down to the grand piano, which is a beautiful looking antique but actually very cleverly houses a state-of-the-art electronic keyboard, which sounds better than most old pianos. The food was also quite delicious and artistically served up. And one further point that is well worth making is the simple fact that you have exclusive use of the site. Unlike so many other venues that will host more than one wedding on the same day (including so many fairly fancy hotels), you won't be sharing this venue with anyone other than your own guests.
