The Hotel is a family run business, The building is a splendid example of late 17th century domestic architecture. The building is Grade II listed and has been converted into a small 14 bed hotel. A number of the rooms have the main features but have also been modernised a little. All rooms are spacious and have there own individual character.

What a great little hotel. On arrival 3 hours before check in our room wasn’t ready but they were more than happy to give us the key so we could go off into London for the day. We weren’t expecting that at all so a nice little bonus. Lots of discounts in local cafes for food arranged by the hotel Room was clean, spacious, with a fan to help with the heat. Bathroom was big with a great little shower. Loved it. So if you are staying in Bexley we would 100% recommend staying here

This hotel is a scam. No credibility or integrity whatsoever. Avoid this place like a plague. The adverts and “good” reviews you see are all bogus. It is deception in the bid to swindle unsuspecting travelers of their monies. Advert says something different, but hotel is otherwise. Advert says hotel unit is all ground floor, but it’s actually not true. Long staircase with no elevator access. When I got there and discovered it was all a scam, so I left almost immediately and booked Marriott Hotel. I requested for refund, but they weren’t willing to refund. At first, the owner said he was going to refund 2 nights out of the whole 7 nights I had booked, later declined and wasn’t going to refund any. Booking.com seem to be covering up for this scam and unable to request refund. Avoid this place. Don’t be fooled with the pictures and all the good reviews you’re reading, they are all doctored. It’s a one man business that lack credibility. I actually sprained my waist while I was trying to move my luggage on the narrow stairways. I am definitely suing this business as they are imploring deception in getting unsuspecting travelers to book rooms only to not want to refund after they have been discovered. I am a supporter of small businesses, however the owner of Bexley village hotel has shown nothing but lack of credibility and integrity which should score highest on a business who wants to remain competitive.…

I stayed her for a 1 night stay whilst in the area for work. The hotel was clean and smelt nice. I was checked in promptly by a kind polite man. My single room had a nice bed, on suite shower room, TV, hair dryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was quiet and I slept very well. No parking but Be let station opposite has a car park and there is also another car park close by, 3 minute walk.

I arrived at this hotel in the dark and it was not easy to find as the photo misleading - it is on a narrow busy high street sorrounded by pubs/drunks/rowdy behavior. I had received a text with a 4 digit code, advising my key was in the key safe adjacent to the front door. The lighting was poor and it was difficult to see in the dark but I eventually put the code in and retrieved my key. I did get another text asking if I had gained access! The twin room was cold and dingy, the sliding doors on the wardrobe were broken, the dirty rug had not even been hoovered, there was no hot water at the wash basin ( only in the shower), the toilet bowl had not been cleaned from the previous occupant ( horrible !) and the toilet roll holder was empty. I checked out at 10am the following morning, still no one around to complain to just a key drop box. I did not see a single member of staff while I was there. Definitely give this hotel a swerve!…

We started with a self check in, which began with a text message with all the information needed. Once in the room we were checked on via text which I liked. The room was beautiful, old wooden beams, spacious, a lovely bed, storage for clothes and a warm bathroom. Only criticism would be that there could be more milk and sugars available as we only had one tea each and there was more available with coffees but only enough sugar and tea for one. Location was great, right in the middle of restaurants, pubs.. But my favourite was the building itself. We stayed in room 7 which felt particularly privet, a great getaway for a couple.
