We are a friendly b&b in a small village about 1 mile from the market town of Fakenham. We have a twin room with a private bathroom and a double room with an en suite shower room and a breakfast room / lounge that you are welcome to use throughout your stay. There is a restaurant in the village called the Sculthorpe Aviator where you can get good food and/or a beer and a bar snack but there are no shops. (Pretty much everything you might need can be found in Fakenham)

Detailed Reviews
We used this B&B as a base for walking the Peddars Way and Norfolk Coast Path. Brian, our host, gave us a warm welcome was most helpful with advice on transport to and from the path each day and with ideas for places to eat in the evenings in nearby Fakenham. We also enjoyed having the breakfast room as somewhere to sit in the evenings. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 2 night stay in a lovely clean room with a most comfortable bed.
Brian greeted us on our arrival and showed us around. He gave us advice on places to eat as our arrival was later than expected. Although we didn't book for breakfast it was still offered to us.
The room is supplied with coffee, tea and biscuits and shower essentials.
Brian was always on hand if anything was required. 10/10 for hosting.
The location is in a quiet setting with a beautiful garden. There is a pub locally and the north Norfolk coast is only a short drive away.
I would most certainly stay here again.

You really can believe all the reviews here…. a great place to stay. Very clean, tidy, comfortable and friendly. As others have said, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were superb - we had a full-English one day and fruit followed by eggs Benedict for our 2nd morning. I don’t often write reviews, but this is worthy. Thanks again, Paul and Jo.

A lovely, quiet, comfortable stay only ten mins from the small town of Fakenham. Brian and his wife were great hosts and even when we had accidentally booked for 1 person rather than 2, he was able to accommodate us. As someone who is quite environmentally conscious, I was impressed that there was efforts to minimise plastic waste. A great stay! Thank you!

We've been using B&Bs for years and this is one of the best, and infinitely better than any of the so-called up-market boutique places. A warm welcome, nothing too much trouble, spotlessly clean and a delightful breakfast. Faultless. I can't believe anyone would not be satisfied.

We had originally only booked for two nights. However, we liked it so much that we spontaneously wanted to book another night. Coincidentally, someone had cancelled that very day, so we were able to stay the third night after all.
Brian is such a super nice, polite, accommodating person that we would come back anytime for that reason alone. He had great tips on where to go on our excursions.
The service is first class and better than any good hotel.
The room is spotlessly clean and leaves nothing to be desired.

With the way the airports are at the moment decided on a little stay in Norfolk before going onto friends.
Chose this place at the last minute but what a wonderful place.
The host couldn't do enough for us, making our stay pleasant. Breakfast was more than you could ask for. If it wasn't to your liking just ask and another choice was catered up for you.
The room was very clean, with on suite and lovely and quite.
Any places or directions needed then just ask. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Very hospitable welcome to the B and B, room was plenty large enough, very clean and pleasantly decorated. Bed was very comfy and coffee/tea etc were available in the room. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Would thoroughly recommend a visit if you're in the North Norfolk area as Sculthorpe is centrally located.
