My wife and I have previously enjoyed a number of visits here - so it must be good. Location is superb - stunny views of Conwy (including Castle and its estuary). The bedroom was clean - very large bathroom. Customer service, meanwhile was friendly. We used the pool - very busy but at least its there. The most enjoyable moment...

Went here on a deal for a spa day. Was a great value deal. The hotel was lovely and the staff were friendly. The pool area was slightly disappointing, as it shared with the hotel it was full of children doing what children do which wasn't in key with a relaxing spa day. The pool is only small and there...

I only visited the Spa facilities, so this is not a review of the hotel or restaurant! The spa is a little underwhelming for a four star hotel. It's adequate in that it has all the facilities you would expect: swimming pool, gym, sauna, steam room and treatment rooms. But none of these really stand out. The gym feels squeezed...

What a stunning hotel and in the most beautiful location! The wedding ceremony and rooms were set up beautifully. The canapés and food was so good which I found surprising as normally hotel catering for large numbers are usually bad! But the quay was exceptional. The staff were superb and the rooms were perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has the potential to be excellent, it has great location, the food is out of this world and the spa was heavenly. The only things letting it down is some of the staff. First off we arrived to find the gym would be closed on our full day at the hotel ( we were staying 2 nights) I...

My wife and I have been to this hotel many times before. No complaints with the room or facilities, they're spacious and comfortable. However, food and quality of service leaves lots to be desired. Our evening meal started well, however, it took over 20 minutes to clear plates, plus another 20 for the desserts to arrive. Not good at all...

A second visit to The Quay and we really enjoyed it.. Not a good start when booking, internet prices did not match with those at reception but this was sorted without fuss A comfortable large room complete with fridge overlooking the estuary. Small gym ans decent sized pool Breakfast was terrific, fantastic selection and plenty of it. Service friendly but...

The location is beautiful. This review is more about the hotel and the service. I booked our 2 days break in this hotel via Secret Escapes expecting this to be something at least above average and special. It is not. Our room has a leak in the roof with rain drops falling on the carpet as I write this. The...

My daughter and I enjoyed out Winter warmer spa package despite the fact it was very busy. We both find the changing facitilies a little cramped when it is busy with only three cubicles. We were concerned that there were no slippers to wear around the spa, especially when we walked down to the pool. Had we known we would...
