This was my fifth visit to theQuay hotel in Duganwy, I have standard rooms to suites, my latest visit was in a ground floor suite overlooking the causeway, whilst the standard of the hotel including food cleanliness and comfort where excellent I was disappointed to find they now allow dogs at the hotel, I spoke to the manager at the...

Dear Guest, Thank you for your continues support. I was delighted to hear again, the food, cleanliness and comfort were excellent. Many guests love bringing their four legged friends as there are so many stunning walks in the area, so we do allow dogs in certain Rooms but do not allow them on the grassed area on the Estuary side...

Stayed in May 2017 and certainly happy we did. Bedrooms very roomy with tv and tea and coffee facilities. Balcony view over the estuary, castle and mountains was superb. Nice breakfast and evening meal although service on first night was a little slow. Food was excellent. Would definitely return.

We stayed here for 3 nights in a room looking over the estuary. We were on the ground floor and so could sit outside watching the sunset. The restaurant was excellent and the spa facilities also good. A great place from which to explore North Wales.

Stayed here for one night. What a lovely place. The room was very clean and had a lovely bathroom. We had an evening meal in the restaurant - which was great - and the staff could not have been any more helpful. Hope to return soon.

We stayed at the Quay Hotel & Spa for a long weekend 12-15 May, on the springtime offer. It was a wonderful weekend - we were visiting elderly friends with my parents. We had not heard of the Quay hotel before and were returning to the area where we spent many childhood family holidays. We had rooms 268 and 266,...

We stayed at the hotel for one night, it was a easy walk into Conwy. The hotel is set in a picturesque area right on the side of the estuary. A modern clean hotel with pretty inner court. Although there was a wedding the night we stayed we did not see much of the guests, so did not spoil our...

We only booked a week earlier and although was a 5 hour drive from home was well worth it. Even though only there 2 nights we felt like we had a good break. On arrival we could not believe the amazing location and how plush reception was. Our room was off a courtyard and even though there was a large...

We arrived on Friday, checked in happily (to an upgrade room -yay!) and went to have a bite to eat. It was about 2pm, they were still serving lunch but I genuinely don't know what happened! Drinks were fine, but the food was awful. The prawns came with noodles (not mentioned on the menu and my friend can't eat wheat)...

Room 261 great view of Castle and bay. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Long drive from Sussex but worth every mile. We will be going back fir a longer stay. Evening meal service a little slow but otherwise all ok.

Didn't expect to like this place, but found it to be a nice location and very comfortable. We had a first floor suite that faced the river and could sit outside with a salty breeze. The biggest downside is it is in a residential development and there are no other pubs or restaurants in walking distance. The on-site restaurant is...
