Excellent location for Leeds Beckett Uni and rooms are spacious and comfy with good amenities, however need to be upgraded with double-glazing... the wind is howling this evening and it's so noisy I may as well be outside! Not a lot of sleep happening here tonight ☹️

Great rooms and Good Value, booked in for the Black Sabbath gig at the Leeds Arena plus it has the added bonus of a room with a view. For the cricket enthusiast it's Well worth having a wander around too with the museum and club shop just yards away.

Stayed on 8/2/2017 for one night. Night receptionist was lovely. Shops just a short walk away. We stayed in room 306. The bathroom stunk of cigarette smoke! When i told the receptionist, she said it had been reported before and must be the cleaners????? Well stop the cleaners from smoking in the rooms! We asked for more milk, as the...

This hotel has to be the best hotel for access to everything in Yorkshire. The rooms look out right onto headingley cricket ground and are very light and airy. They have a fridge, a good size TV, the beds are really comfy and big and the rooms themselves are quite big. The bathroom has a shower and they are really...

We spent a night here with a group of friends, this was just a base for us to go out in Leeds before Christmas. The location is good close to bars and shops in Headingley and the hotel is great with rooms overlooking the cricket pitch.

We chose this hotel because we've stayed here a few times and knew that we would get a large, immaculate room and a hearty English breakfast, served by friendly helpful staff. The car park is free and has 24 hour security staff, checking you in and out. Couldn't be better!

The room was large and comfortable, warm with a good shower. it would be good to have a choice of a hot breakfast as only cold available. the facilities are basic i.e. no door on wardrobe etc. the hotel is situated next to the stadium which is ideal.

Good value and with quite unique views over the famous cricket ground (attached picture is from a previous visit). The rooms are comfortable and easy walking distance of loads of lovely places in Headingley. I almost didn't review as at the moment I think is somewhat a hidden gem in an expensive city.
