Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This is a very nice modern hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable, there was nothing bad about it. Personally I'd normally stay at a place not quite this nice so it was a great place to stop. Restaurant had good food, both breakfast and lunch.

Quite central hotel, parks nearby, very quiet. The people were very helpful and amiable. The breakfast is great! Large clean room with a nice view on the side and a french balcony. The bar downstairs was quite delightful also. I would recommend it for families and couples alike. If you plan to stay for a couple of days or you are passing by I would definitely recommend it!

The hotel itself is mostly nice. Quiet location (except for the ringing of the church bells in front), clean rooms. Lots of parking space nearby. Nice bar next to the lobby. Decent dining rom. The service is not very good (i am being very polite). The refrigerator in my room didn't work. I asked more than 4 times to fix it and gave up in the end. They weren't too nice at the front desk either. Not to say nasty. I don't think i'll want to return to this place.

Group tour, stayed here 1 night only. Exterior of hotel belied the much more attractive interior. As a single traveller I am not usually afforded a double room, but this hotel did. Dinner in the dining room, which was attractive, the meal OK. Bar in the hotel. Reception staff friendly & helpful.

We were placed here by a travel agent as a base for exploring the painted monasteries of Bucovina. This Austrian-owned hotel is large and modern. Judging by our other guests, it is designed to cater for coach parties on the same mission as ourselves and the odd business traveller. The staff were uniformly pleasant and helpful and our room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Breakfast perfectly adequate. There is a certain antiseptic quality to the place but it is fine. There is not a lot to to do in Radauti of an evening but there are several restaurants in easy walking distance of the hotel.

A timely addition to Geraldton's already beautified foreshore and quality cafe/restaurant scene. Free airport transfer, free mini bar, free breakfast. Great location. Gorgeous rooms. Welcoming staff. Thinking of an excuse to come back regularly.

Nice hotel, nice atmosphere. I got there in a cold winter evening and I was surprised by warm welcome at the reception and in the room. I had a classic double room, no balcony (none of the rooms has) but big windows letting the sun light in. The hotel is situated right in the center, nearby city hall, old city center with a pitoresque market and Bogdana Monastery (that was under rehabilitation, being very old). Good breakfast, cozy lounge and bar, big conference room. All in all, a pleasant experience even if for a four stars hotel one would expect more disposable items (I missed the slippers) and maybe a spa space.

Built by a millionaire businessman, Gerald's is quite spacious and centrally situated in Radauti. The bedrooms are more than adequate if not luxurious and the single bed duvets aren't wide enough to prevent falling off. The buffet dinner, however, was very short on choice, while breakfasts are equally limited

Hotel in central town location and is generally OK except it is very minimalistic. There are no toiletries in the room, only a wall dispenser in the shower which was empty. TV old and almost every TV channel is in German (I assume as the hotel is owned by an Austrian). The breakfast and dinner choices are also minimal. Buffet dinner was one soup, some salad, two choices of main and not much else except one fried egg by itself! Bedroom also quite small, aircon unit useless, had to open window. Was OK but a bit lacking.
