Firstly, the staff on reception speak excellent English which is always a bonus in Italy as I can speak Swahili better than I can speak Italian. They have spent some money downstairs in the garage since my review last year where they have excellent secured storage for push bikes and motorbikes. The ride from Susa up towards Mont Cenis has...

Staff super friendly and attentive to your needs. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good breakfast. Perfect location. Garage parking available. Free wifi. . Susa is an outstanding village with amazing history, Roman ruins, a tasty food,

Just got back from a stay at Hotel Napoleon. The town of Susa being perfect to climb some big big mountains. The hotel has recently had a refurbishment so looks lovely. Bike storage is perfect with ample room, security and cleaning facilities. The staff could not have been more helpful, clearly experienced in dealing with the lycra clad! Breakfast was...

We asked for and received a quiet room and secure storage for our bikes in a purpose built padlocked cage in the underground car park. Staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful and breakfast excellent. Hotel was under renovation during our stay but did not cause a problem. Susa is an interesting town and worth looking around.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel in Susa Italy. It's a nice family run hotel always very clean with nice rooms. They have parking if you need it in the garage. Huge breakfast with all sorts of goodies every day.

Centrally located and ideal for the cycling tours we had organised in the very nice region. However, the hotel doesn't offer dinner and is currently under renovation. Rooms are quite small, although clean and with a very friendly staff. WiFi didn't work in our room.

Perfect position for coming off the Mont Cenis pass and the service was excellent and helpful upon arrival. Good English speaking too. They had a garage for the motorbikes which is always a win. The WiFi is patchy but I reckon it only depends upon how close your room is to the router and so some will not have a...

We were following a suggested route in the "Back roads of Italy" when we discovered this hotel. It has underground parking, is clean, has air-conditioning (in July, 2015, an essential), and includes breakfast. Our room was comfortable, although I would have appreciated a higher powered fan in the air conditioning. The staff speaks English and is very helpful overall. The...

We stayed there one night, the wifi doesn't work on the top floor, it is clean the people are friendly, but it has nothing that makes you feel comfortable or at home. The location to visit Susa is ok.
