Really nice place with a beatyful setting, the food very nice, all thanks to their chef. The but... it is a playground for expats and their kids birthday, so expect 50 screeming kids all day and evening long and absolut no understanding from the owners side.

Dear Claus, Hope to find yo are doing well. Thank you for taking time to write us a review. We are very sorry to find your stay with us unconvenience just because of the kids. I remember once we have green school kids with teacher came to visit bloo lagoon to learn more about ecology. It is a positive thing...

We really enjoyed our time here. Most of the rooms (and the restaurant) offer breathtaking ocean views. Unfortunately (for us) most rooms are not designed with safety in mind for babies and toddlers as there is no adequate safety railing on most of the balcony's (common theme in Indonesia). We chose room 10 above the pool as it was probably...

The location and design of the whole compound is sensational, with great looks to Mount Agung, the harbour and the coast to Candidasa. However, the place was infested with mosquitoes. Of course with open space living you would expect that. But maybe a bit of mosquito control would not harm. Also, for the price we paid, I found the mattresses...

Wonderful view over the sea and mount agung. nice to have filtered water and gas to make hot drinks. bed could have been more comfy and mozzies seemed to get in through mosquito net at night. pool was beautiful and warm and breakfast had lots of choice. I visited Bloo Lagoon, a superbly located cluster of houses above the small village of Pandangbai on the island of Bali. The resort advertise itself as being eco-friendly. The houses , 25 of them, are all built using natural materials. The potential for making this place one of the best kept secret in Bali is shattered by the lack of...

Thank you for taking time to write us a review, and your optimist thought that this place has big potential to keep it best secret place. But what is it in your thought, your optimistic, doesn’t get along with what you mention here. We are an eco resort, but very different with any other resort in bali. Our Eco concept...

This resort sits up high on the peninsula above Blue Lagoon. It is advertised as an eco resort and uses its own farmed vegetables and fruit, provides a souvenir canvas bag, gives you plentiful filtered water, not bottled, and tries to let you live within nature as it is. We applaud that - up to a point. However, mosquitoes are...

Thank you for taking time to write us a review and your feed back As an Eco Village our intention is to live in harmony with nature. We didn't use any harmfull chemical to spray the whole resort to kill the mosquito. It is dangerous for other beautiful insect and may kill others tiny animal. All of our bath room...

Amazing rooms with lots of space. For the cost of a hotel room we got a 2 bed villa with a loft that had stunning views of the bay. There was a huge lounge and kitchen area. Very unusual design. The staff are fantastic and always ready to help. Pool area and restaurant very very good. Highly recommend it for...

What a wonderful experience! We were expecting an open plan concept but not as wonderful as this was. The reception staff were very welcoming and gave us lots of information on check in. Our bags were delivered to our villa and a tour of the villa to show us how things worked. The views - simply amazing. The open concept...

Stunning place. After a few days on the Gili Islands, it was wonderful to return to our great open room with panorama of the bay and the Mount Agung Vulcano with a hammock set up. The staff are always smiling and welcoming and if we needed any transport they were there immediately. The location and the way the resort is...

Spent 2 nights at this hotel in December. The views are simply stunning, from Mount Agung, to Padang Bai, to Candidasa and over to Nusa Peneeda. The staff very helpful and friendly and we really appreciated the free shuttle into the town. Blue Lagoon bay is a short walk from the hotel, it is pretty and great for snorkelling, we...
