Not sure why it has taken me so long, but we stayed at the Seehof in September last year. The view over the lake is fantastic and the Bircher Muesli was the best I ever had (the rest of the breakfast was excellent too with most things sourced from the region). Conny, the owner, could have not been more helpful,...

After you have been there once you never really leave - it just stays with you. Until you come back again (we have been doing so for twenty years, and we travel the world) whenever you feel stressed you fantasize being there and all is well.

Our family of three generations greatly enjoyed our 2-day stay in the Seehof Resort. Conny is a kind and attentive hostess. Our rooms, facing the lake, were simply furnished, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast and dinner, right on the water, were both excellent. Our teenage boys enjoyed walking to Gersau for pizza in the evening, while my parents relaxed in...

We had large bedroom, very clean and comfortable with a balcony overlooking lake, stunning views. Food was excellent. Staff extremely helpful and Connie, the owner, spoke several languages fluently. Extremely good value for money. Would certainly return. Barry and Sue

We stayed here one night on our way to Italy. The hotel at some points could do with some renovation but everything was spic & span, extremely clean. As the hotel is built 'feet in the water' the rooms on the lakeside offer a wonderful view over the lake. The hosts are friendly and helpful and breakfast offers enough variety....

We enjoyed it because my husbend is friends with the hotel owner!!!!! He gives us around the kitchen all the time!!!! The best part is that there is a lake right in frount of the hotel & restorant. Since there is a lake you can go swimming when ever you want. The people who work there are very friendly. PLEASE...

I spent 11 nights here with my two small children in May 2012. The location is breathtaking and our experience was second to none. Connie was definitely the "hostess with the mostest" and was kind, accommodating, patient, understanding and generous.

We stayed here for one night in late May and we recommend it highly. We had a room with a balcony with a view to Lake Lucerne, it was beautiful. The room was a fair size and the bathroom was average. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke English quite well. Breakfast was mediocre at best, but on par with...

My daughter-age 26- and I spent 5 nights here and had a very good experience. The checkin was easy. English spoken well. Our room had all the necessary features, including wifi. The view of the See (Vierwaldstattersee) was the key feature of our ground floor room, which included a comfortable balcony with chairs and large windows which we kept open...

“Won't tell you: don't want to risk you being in there when we come. But any room: you are virtually in the lake, nothing else matters. You would not want to be anywhere else. (PS: the 'pool' is the lake. And what a lake)”
