We didn't know what to expect of this hotel with a last minute booking at the end of July when most other places in the area were full. We were very agreeably surprised to find it was close to the bus stop from Bordeaux (an advantage to not have a car and just take the ferry to Arcachon / Pyla... More

The rooms are very clean and bright, and although fairly basic, were perfectly fine for a one night stay over Easter. We have stayed in the area many times, so have stayed in private houses as well as the high-end hotels nearby, and this place was very reasonably priced at about £75 per double room including breakfast. We were awoken... More

This beautiful small hotel is fantastic value in this town. Slightly off the main drag but adjacent to the wonderful surfing beach and a short walk to the Basin, this hotel has a small number of rooms and a busy vibrant restaurant. Our bedroom was simply furnished, brilliantly clean with fantastic bed linen and good towels. The bathroom is a... More

Even though we arrived really late (~11pm), we were happy the owner organised some simple food for us (it was out of season, so restaurants were already closed). It was a good beginning! We had a 3-persons room that was cute and clean as well the bathroom. Taking a bath is nice, but what would be good to have is... More

Looking for a place in Lege-Cap-Ferret, at the right budget for a family of 2 adults, 2 infants was not easy. This place satisfied all the required desires in order to have a peaceful family break: - Top-floor, front (roundabout-facing) room is good for a small family because the room has a main bedroom-living room, a second bedroom off it,... I went out of season but enjoyed my trip verymuch. The hotel cost 55 euros per night. Clean pleasant bedroom, bathroom small but what do you expect at that price! No frills but made up for by the owners helpfull and friendly attitude. I will return. Jonathan Nettleton

Small and noisy room without any furniture to hang my clothes and a one square meter plastic made cabin called bathroom.... Almost no ventilation except a small window. Thus, the hotel was not charming at all although the dining was excellent. Maybe are single rooms particularly bad since other travellers sound satisfied.
