Stayed three nights here, Yves picked us up from Ales station. Our room was spotlessly clean, small but well equipped and we were very comfortable - we were glad of the fan through the night as we closed the window. Breakfast was simple but delicious and served with a smile by Pascal. The main attraction for us was the history... More

This small town is an unexpected gem of a place in a valley surrounded by mountains. The hotel was not too hard to find but we could not park there as we would have been boxed in by the market the next day. Hotel is older and fairly basic but had a nice pool. This was appreciated in the heat... More

We came on the steam train and stayed two nights, we chose it for the pool and the price. The owners were very friendly and super helpful, and the breakfast delicious. The small town has lots of restaurants to eat in. The rooms are ground floor and we were a bit put off leaving the windows open at night as... More

We had to spend one night in the region and were looking at the last minute for an hotel. Don't expect anything luxury but it is clean and well maintained. The two menagers are very pleasant and friendly Have in mind the bell of the church doesn't stop at night :=)

situated in the centre of St. Jean du Gard in an old silk mill, this hotel ticks all the boxes for a stop-over. I have not stayed more than one night, but was very happy with the facilities provided, and the price was correct. Clean, quiet and restful.

My wife and I stayed here for a week at the end of August/beginning of September. The two owners are both very accomodating and the the bedrooms and public area were spottlessly clean. A very decent continental breakfast was served, each table being thoroughly cleaned before new guests took their place. We had a room overlooking the garden and swimming... More

The owners of this hotel do their very best to help their guests and make them feel comfortable. They create a family-like, family-friendly, peaceful, restful and calm atmosphere. The pool is a definite plus as is the calm yet central location. The hotel is clean and friendly and simple and relaxed. Breakfast service is very slow though... which is ok... More

After the debacle of the Hotel du Peras, we found this little gem of a hotel in the heart of St Jean du Gard. No effort was too much, Room was clean and light. We left our luggage in the lobby to go for a little train ride on the local steam train (recommended) to visit Anduze and the Bamboo... More

It's rare to find such a peaceful in the location in the centre of a town. The public areas and our room were absolutely spotless, and the garden is lovely for relaxing on a fine day. We stayed for a week at Les Bellugues and on arrival were immediately made to feel welcome by Pascal who explained the hotel to us and advised us where to eat that Monday evening, when a number of restaurants were shut.
