We spent a great weekend at the hotel. My favorite part of the Belvedere was the amazing pool, jacuzzi, beautiful view of Lauzerte and the surrounding countryside. The hotel itself is very nice. The restaurant was very good but on the expensive side so we only had one dinner there--we wished there were more less expensive options. However, we were... More

We booked this hotel for one night as we were visiting the area. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and the general standard of cleanliness was good. But... we arrived about 4pm and were informed that our room was not ready, fair enough, we could wait 10 or 15 mins by the pool. On the day we had had... More

Last night we have had dinner in the restaurant of Belvedère. Food and wine were really good but there was only one waiter for 12 tables. Hè was a profesionnal but he was stressed and didn't had time for anything. It was quite annoying. If the standard is "slow food" than there has to be a certain kind of atmosphere,... More

Thank you for taking the time to write us to publish your first review on tripadvisor., Even if it assigns us an average rating. We regret that you were disappointed. It is not easy to organize our staff with fluctuating activities. We have not the means to have 2 servers when there are fifteen people in our restaurant. We regret... More

We spent 3 days in this hotel in June 2015, for a workshop with a 10+ people group. The hotel is very charming, nice AC rooms, great surroundings, and nice swimming pool and jacuzzis. The food and drinks were great too, but the service was too slow (maybe because we were a large group ... but it was impossible to... More

We visited the restaurant only and were impressed with our meal. The food was of a very high standard, beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. The restaurant is a pleasant room (quite small) and the service attentive and professional. Our friends treated us, so I can't comment on value. After our meal we wandered outside by the pool to take in... More

We stopped here not knowing anything about the restaurant or the hotel but we're glad we did. Lunch was very good and the servers were efficient. We couldn't help but appreciate the beautiful landscape we were viewing which led us to spend the night. The reception staff were very accommodating and the room was clean with a fantastic view of... Recently visited this place looks like management has changed - now not very friendly or helpful - banned children from using pool while adults ate! previous management always allowed use of facilities. Staff resorted to lack of understanding of English (or vague french) when questioned. Food also not to previous standard - we have visited regularly over last 6 years... More

We don't allow customer which are not hotel's residents to use our swimming pool. The french law is very clear (http://www.economie.gouv.fr/dgccrf/Publications/Vie-pratique/Fiches-pratiques/Piscine). If we accept this kind of deal, we need a swimming coach everytime, and this is not possible for a small hotel like us. In any other way, we will never accept that 2 adults taking just a short... Lovely setting with breathtaking views and beautifully situated pool. Very good service in restaurant but unfortunately dinner did not live up to expectations. We found the food well presented but the taste did not live up to the appearance. The taste was dull and uninteresting. Very overpriced for dishes with low cost ingredients.

Hotel-resto-spa, elevation allows panaoramic view of idyllic countryside, sunrise, etc. Appears to be an old mas recently renovated, in fact exterior renovations still underway. From the highway follow the hotel recommendation (direction Lauzerte) rather than google (via Moissac) for getting there, much more pleasant. Well sign-posted after lauzerte, switch off the gps. Room spacious, basic appointments but staff obliging, make... More
