OK so if you try and find a hotel within a drive of the 100th anniversary commemorations of The Battle of the Somme, at Thiepval, the night before the event and you succeed, then you should know what to expect. This hotel is on a retail park of some proportions and the bedrooms are on the first floor, above all...

It is a nice place to stay for more than a one night ,to spend your vacation, relax in spa or whatever, but if you want to stay for one night, i am not sure that it is the right choice. Very surprising was that at night there is no one working, everything is closed and you can't get out...

We stayed here for four nights (business trip in Masnieres). We arrived at night, the hotel´s receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Yes, it´s true, that staff were not very happy to speak English, but they tried to speak well. Rooms are very comfortable and nice. I liked my bed. It was amazing, so comfortable! The room was tidy. Not...

After long journey on motorcycle was glad we chose hotel with indoor pool, so refreshing. Modern clean hotel, but a bit out of town. Only place to eat in area but it was very good and reasonably priced. Free parking outside. Would recommend for overnight stop but we will choose a hotel in town next time, as we didn't see...

I took a group of people on a tour of the battlefields. We were booked at the Hotel Zenia for three nights and when I read the reviews, I was concerned. We arrived expecting the worst but my experience was entirely positive. The staff were welcoming and friendly. We were on a set meal dinner package and the food was...

We were a group booking so the odd hiccup is acceptable. But the hotel's incompetence over three nights was noteworthy; rooms not ready on arrival, dinner inedible, cooked breakfast ran out three days in a row and even the basics (coffee, cutlery etc), couldn't be replaced, ordered packed lunches not made, spa pool empty etc. It started pretty badly and...

Dear Sir, We thank you for your comment on TripAdvisor, but we want to make clarifications. First, all rooms were ready on your arrival. For dinner on the first evening, our Chef wanted to get you to taste the regional cuisine, it has therefore been served : Salade Cambresienne with toasts of Tomme de Cambrai (cheese) and andouillette Carbonnade gratinee...

Located in a really ugly shopping area and the view from my room was a dumpster. The smell of mould was very strong in the entire hotel and in my room. Do not choose a room close to the entrance of the breakfast area since the doors are creaky and will not let you sleep if someone use them.

We stayed at this hotel in the beginning of August on a return journey and came across it by chance. The cost and the size of the rooms were positive and with the spa we thought it would be a good place to stay. The hotel was as expected for a budget hotel room but not particularly clean. The spa...

We stayed in the hotel on our way from England down to Jura. It is trying to be something better than it is, but for the cost it was lovely. Funky shower that tries to attack you (definitely wakes you up in the morning!) and very clean bathroom. Fairly large room with heat and air-conditioning that adapts to the temperature...

we found the zenia purely by chance, but were quite impressed with the hotel. Although it was in a shopping centre, it was quiet, and the room was large, and clean, with free admission to the spa facilitys, a small bar, that was in a conservatory like zocolo, along side the small restaurant place. with comfortable seating, and staff that...
