I am presently reviewing sitting inside the hotel. We have booked for three nights and here is my review.

From Annecy Station, take bus no.2 or 15 and reach the bus stop taillee and walk for around 5 minutes. So getting here is not an issue. As the bus frequency is decent.Bonus points if you have your own car.
We spent on a weekly pass which costed around 16 eur and some cents per adult for unlimited rides.

Ok so about the hotel.
Staffs are friendly. They speak english. The rooms are spacious enough with well equipped Kitchen and toilet/bathroom.Clean towels. The Kitchen has necessary items except the coffee mug which is still not a problem as there are glasses.I am cooking in the kitchen for my child and i am very happy about it.
For this budget its a go ahead hotel.

You may have to stockup on some groceries as there its not seemed to have any supermarket close to the hotel.

Overall its a good stay.

We stayed here for the weekend of the 15th march for two nights. The hotel in itself is nice.
It’s about a 15 minute walk into the centre so location is pretty good.
The room was your standard hotel room with everything you need from a comfy bed with black out shutters which were great. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini kitchen with fridge so you can’t go wrong.
The staff were brilliant on the reception, very helpful including helping us print out our tickets to go see the football.
Didn’t attend breakfast but I believe you can pay on arrival for that. Would recommend if you are visiting for a few days and want to look around the touristy stuff.

The rooms are OK, however didn't feel so safe. There were constantly shady men drinking beer in the parking lot. Breakfast was normal in french standards. Cleaning service is not daily. The hotel is located 15 minute walk from restaurants and town center. Overall it's OK for a budget room for a few nights.

The residence is situated close to the main high way. The studio that we had was not bad and relatively well equipped. Check in was ok. We were requested to pay upfront our full stay. Did not receive an invoice and had to ask for it on check out.

There is no AC so the room were very hot and we had to borrow fans and slept windows opened. It is very noisy and every night we could see men drinking alcohol whilst seating in the car park. on Saturday they stayed until 6 am. We did not sleep well at all.

The studios are ok and well equipped. No cleaning for our 3 days stay. Bathroom is spacious. Bed and linen is of good quality.

Staff are not well trained and not very professional which i think is due to a lack of training. I had a major issue on check out and was basically told off by the receptionist. Will not return and ot recommend this place. Stay away, there are better places near by.

Misleading information on website! When you think you have booked a double bed, they give you a double sofa bed which is very uncomfortable and noisy!! have offered to give us the room we thought we had booked for an extra 6 euros! Not happy at all. Will now be speaking to staff! Otherwise clean room and acceptable breakfast.

I booked an apartment here for 1 night on booking.com. Nowhere on the website was it suggested that the bedding was actually a sofa bed, which is all we were provided with. This was incredibly uncomfortable - rock hard - and so squeaky that if one's partner rolls over in the night, it is sure to wake you. Based on the discomfort alone, I would recommend not to stay here.

The positives: the staff were friendly and spoke excellent English; the apartment overall was clean and nicely furnished.

The negatives: obviously the bedding; the location is not good: you require a car to visit the centre of Annecy and there is nothing in walking distance; wifi is only available in the reception area; there were suspicious stains on the sofa cushions (which werent noticed as we changed the sofa into a bed immediately); and we were forced to pay for parking, whether above or below ground, even though both car parks were almost empty.

Overall, I'm sure that you can do better.

Hotel had a stale smell to it, especially on the corridors to the rooms (as noted by numerous other reviews). Room was very basic, shower went from hot to cold continuously. Upon check in reception was unorganised and unsure of reservation, then claimed we already had a key to the room, then asked us to change room, then on check out tried to overcharge us. Can't comment on breakfast as we didn't take it as they charge €10pppn. Hotel room walls are very thin as could hear noise from other rooms (closing of doors/shower/toilet etc, noise that is unintentional and unavoidable from other rooms!). Hotel is about half an hour walk from the train/bus station (as taxis in peak season can be very difficult to get or even to book). Avoid like the plague. Or choose the plague instead.

Miserable hotel, no hot water for 3 days of stay. Staff said "there was a problem" all the rooms seemed to have nothing. Only wifi at reception and not great at that.

Smokey smelly corridors. I would avoid it like the plague.

Carrefour within 7/8 minutes walk in order to get food to cook if needed.

Just select another place to stay...staf is awfull, rooms old and oldfashion, parking for 3 cars allways full... “You must clean after you leave your room” was first words after stuf at the “hotel” take 90 Eur deposit for the room...building is not so ugly from outside (even from the inside), but managing should be better!

Not enough breakfast for all of the visitors. We went through a major theft on the 1st floor. Not the best hygiene. No sound insulation. No transportation nearby. I could literally give no stars if I could. Do not recommend at all, you can find a whole lot better hotels with the same price.
