We had an overnight here and it was excellent. A little cute sleepy town on our way to Champagne. Restaurant was closed but we found a very tasty chicken kebab jusr next to the hotel. We stayed in room 5 and it was a Superior room a bit more expensive than standard. Well worth the extra money. Large room, great...

We wanted to visit the area and also picking up mushroom so we decided to stay overnight in Paliseul because it is a nice village close to Bouillon, which we wanted to visit, and the mushroom area. The hotel room was very cold, with cold walls (probably the northern ones due to humidity), no heating while outside there were eight...

This has been my favorite place for the past years, and each time we travel to the Belgian Ardennes, we stay at la Hutte to enjoy a wonderful atmosphere and absolutely great food. The menu is full of local specialties, most of them made by the chef, like their Paté and Foie Gras. Definitely worth visiting even just for lunch...
