We had a family party in this hotel. The personal was friendly and helpfull. The food was good. The breakfast was also good. Much choise in bread, ham, cheeses, jams etc. etc. The room was clean, no so big (but is was only for 1 night). But the shower was not working properly. Nice towels. There was lot of parking...

Since about 2009, I'm staying on a regular basis at this hotel as my company has an office about a 5 minutes from the hotel. The rooms are ok and always clean. Internet access is free and usually works well. The food at the restaurant is very good with generous portions but since a couple of years with less choice...

The hotel is located in a typical business area, and it’s therefore missing services like other restaurants in the immediate area. The hotel appears appealing, and the welcome at the reception is excellent. You are among other served a glass of freshly pressed juice upon arrival. There is good parking both outdoors and indoors. The rooms are large and comfortable,...

Although Dietzenbach is a city, yet the hotel looks like the country side hotels in Germany. Bed is very small, room in summer is not convenient as there is no AC, and I could not find even a fan to circulate air. Ofcourse cannot keep the balcony opened at night. They have an excellent breakfast with over 36 types of...

I've been a regular at this hotel since about 2000 as my company has an office about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Maybe because as a company we put a lot of people up here but I always get a nice welcome and usually get given the same room. The rooms are ok, a bit tired and in...

Very help and friendly staff. Accommodating to a non-German speaking guest. Rooms were clean and comfortable and are a good size. Bathroom is a bit small with only a shower but was clean and functional. There is no AC for those days or nights when it is warm. Internet had adequate speed for email. It is about 30 minutes from...

Rooms and showers are small and the shower was very tight. There is no air conditioning. That said, we stayed there over a week and found that the place grew on us. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant/biergarten wasn't bad. The location is a bit out of the way but there is an S train station behind...

This Hotel is just awful. Its started with the location. On the homepage they descripe the hotel as part of Frankfurt. But this is not true. You have to drive approx 30min to the city. The rooms are very very old. I was suprised that the TV program was not black white. There is no Sauna or wellness area like...

I am on business trip in Dietzenbach and this hotel has been booked for me. I have been traveling around the world in the last 7 years, but after Ukraine this was the most disappointing accommodation I ever had. The location of the hotel is simply awful. The room is so small, which I never seen before. I travel alone,...

“All the rooms have a balcony. I would avoid any rooms facing the freeway and the train station. That can get a bit noisy. There is also a factory in the direction of the train station. Just another reason to get a room away from that side.”
