In a recent advert on tv a friendly smiling lady promoted this hotel. And when I found a voucher of this chain we thought why not for a long weekend. Our friends went aswell, so if the hotel would be a disappointment we would at least have great company in them. The hotel is in the woods away from the...

Fantastic hotel tucked away from it all. Great rooms, great restaurant and superb value. I booked it as a last minute thing as I was travelling across Holland and thought it was just great. The only negative was it seemed a little understaffed the night I stayed but it didn't detract from a really pleasant visit.

This hotel is located in the woods around Rijssen and is nice for people who want to walk or bike in the woods. The rooms were okay, however, only with two single beds and no queen or king size. The atmosphere in the hotel is of old, conservative Dutch people. Being Caucasian with an Asian wife, we got many "looks"...

Stayed at this hotel from 22-24 September 2015. During the breakfast we had the worst breakfast experience ever in 25 years intensive hotel use. I went to a corner with 2 big shining coffee machines but was stopped by the waitress looking after the breakfast with the remark I should use coffee machine in other corner. I did this although...

If you cannot speak dutch, I would not advise using this hotel. The restaurant staff was not helpful and could not speak English at all. They have a menu in English that is very small and does not have much variety, so you are very limited in your choices. You are not offered the specials even upon request because they...

This hotel used to belong to the Bilderberg Group, became a Fletcher a couple of years ago. The location is great, right in the middle of a beautiful forest and it's still only a few minutes drive into town. The hotel itself is quite dark inside, even on a beautiful day. Our room was ok: clean; twin beds with a...

Interior and decoration is rather from the 70s or it is a brand new retro style... For the price a fine hotel with good breakfast and the restaurant offers good food for dinner. As there is not much around, enjoy a walk in the night looking out for forest animals. Next pubs and restaurants you'll find in Almelo, about 15min...
