The sea-facing room with a private balcony , lots of natural light , unobstructed view just a few steps from the Dona Paula on the main road is more than a budget traveller can get in a popular destination near Panjim . Although food is not served to order , one can get it from some food/ joints nereby . Highly recommended for solo, couples & small groups . Another bonus is you can enjoy the bus ride to Panjim only for INR 10/- every 15 minutes from the bus stand Opp . Raj Bhawan .

This is a private property 2 minutes from the Dona Paula Jetty owned by an NRI Family. Excellent location except for the fact that renovation of the approach road from Dona Paula Circle to Jetty is underway. So no vehicular Traffic till jetty except for two wheeler s. I think it will take another 6 months for completion of the Project. Other wise a nice location, clear sea view accommodations. Nice place to visit. They will provide sort of no frill breakfast too. Positives : Nice behaved Manager and two room service guys from Assam. Excellent !! worth staying for people on short trips. It is Opposite to IDBI Quarters ( Sagar Darshan) , Hotel "O Pescador " is nearby. If you happen to be there do not miss cuisine at the Garden Restaurant on the Dona Paula Circle. That is exactly opposite the Auto Rickshaw Stand/ Dona Paula Police Station. Reasonable cost and excellent ambiance. Negatives : Little costlier accommodation vis-a-vis the discounted rate of hotels in the vicinity given the fact that this is a serviced apartment with its limitations. Nice Stay !!

I stayed in Zuari View in Dec. 13. It’s a small Hotel which offers out-of-world view of Zuari river. Décor of hotel is good in terms of walls & furniture. Staff is also good. Manager was very helpful. I loved their guest house. It’s a treat for a family or 7-8 people staying together. Dauna Pola gives a feel of serene as well as small town and also near to Panjim. I didn’t like the blanket quality of hotel offered to me !! Recommended for 2-3 days stay.

Located at a 5mins walk from the Dona Paula jetty, by road its behind the Oceanography Institute. Its a remodeled bungalow with three levels above the ground and one below. Located on a hill one has views of the calm bay. We took a suite which was below the ground level and a double room on 1st floor. The Suite is really spacious and well maintained. It can easily accommodate 4 adults and has a equally big balcony with great views on the bay ahead. One can watch lovely sun rises daily from the room itself. The double room on the 1st floor is good for 2 people and has a balcony as well. They have parking for 2-3 cars only. As the road in front leads to the Jetty, there were a lot of vehicles and crowds, most likely due to the XMas season. However there was no disturbance in the room. They do not have a restaurant attached however there is a kitchen and one gets daily breakfast and tea/coffee on order. They have an arrangement with a local restaurant who deliver (albeit with a lot of delay). A bit of a variety in the daily breakfast would have been welcome. As we were served bread and omelette daily. Mr. Bony is the manager and I found him to be really proactive and warm. He coordinated with me well during the booking stage and also called in to recheck and guide us to the property. He takes time out to speak to the guests and also helped us with good suggestions on activities one can do.There was one permanent staff, Mr. Deepak, who was very courteous and prompt. They have a lady coming in earlier in the day to help with Breakfast, I managed to hire her scooter. He arranged an excellent half day trip (at 1800 per head) by boat, which included snorkeling off an isle, fishing and barbecue lunch on a lovely private beach. This is a must do and was the highlight of our trip. Panjim/Dona Paula lets one access the South and North beaches relatively easy. So if you want to explore Goa in all directions this could be a good bet.

It is a 4 bedroom house with a living room, dining area and a kitchen and lovely balconies... soothing in every way... well kept, clean linen, very well done up... the staff was also very helpful... The view from the balconies is excellent... the place is well maintained and cleanly kept... Very highly recommended

I went to Goa with my family (parents and grand parents) in February 2013 during the Carnival and stayed at Zuari View. It was complete experience. The comfort, cleanliness and hospitality here was top class. Zuari View gives you the experience of a homestay with properly furnished space. This was particularly appreciated by the 'senior' citizens in the team. Add the support that manager Bony and his staffs provided throughout has made it worth a revisit. Staying at Zuari View has not only enhanced the experience of the trip but also made it worth remembering and sharing with others. Zuari View is highly recommended for family trips (particularly team of 6-8).

If you are looking for a hotel in Goa which is away from the noise and traffic, Zuari View is a great stay! Centrally located with easy access to North and South Goa, Zuari View is a nominally priced hotel with great staff. Rooms are spacious as well as very clean, with great views if you choose a room facing the Zuari river. The bathroom could do with better lighting however. Bony, the hotel manager and Gokul who seems to be available 24/7 were really friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast is provided with the room and you can bring in your own food for lunch/dinner. Free wi-fi was definitely a bonus. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a hotel outside the Calangute/Candolim areas.

This family-owned hotel is run by welcoming staff who ensure you have a comfortable stay (I was lucky enough to meet the owners, who are here several times a year). The rooms are big and bright and those with a bay view are stunning, especially the deluxe room behind the reception, which has a huge balcony. The back balconies overlook the bay, full of fishing boats, coconut trees and the jetty. On a clear day you can see the land on the other side of the bay. The road side rooms still have a nice view of trees and houses because they are several stores from the road, they also get the sunset. All rooms and balconies (I got the tour) are well furnished with air con, cable and wireless internet. Great place for couples to stay - very romantic views and a fun place!

My husband and I just returned from 3 nights-4 days stay at the Zuari View in Goa. The guest house is very clean, offers a good view into the bay and the staff are very nice and very helpful. The balcony off our room provided an area to relax and enjoy the views. The downstairs breakfast area has an open, balcony-style design which allows the ocean breeze and views to be part of one's breakfast enjoyment.
