We also have a Cafe Bar serving food and drink in the evenings, a licensed shop, children's playground and splash pad. From the moment we arrived at Green Hill Farm the team made us all feel so welcome - even the puppy received a welcome pack which was a lovely touch. The lodge was spotless and little touches for the kids and puppy made our arrival even more special. We had a really lovely relaxing meal at Ember the pizza restairsnt on site and we were able to watch the kids play on the adventure playground while we enjoyed our wine! The activities kept us entertained and Noah our archery and segueway instructor really was super and even scheduled the sessions at times to suit us. The Park staff really couldn’t have been more friendly and we had a lovely family break here with our fighters age 13 and 9. We’ll definitely be back!

My son and I had the most wonderful stay here at green hill farm. We experienced a terrible pontins holiday last year so we wanted something completely different and this holiday ticked all the boxes. It was quiet , secluded. There was a park and a bar but nether was ever crowded or overwhelming. There was no music or loudness after 10pm from anywhere on the site. The park itself is beautiful with walkways and lakes and an entrance right to the new forest. The park is located right in the heart of the new forest and the journey out each day we were greeted by horses, pigs donkeys and cattle roaming the land. I honestly have never had such a wonderful holiday. We stayed in a 3 bedroom premier holiday home and it was one of the new ones located on the meadows. I look to return here and try out one of the other accommodation options. Thank you so much for having us.

Just returned from a 4 night stay as a family of 4 with 2 young children. We stayed in a 2 bedroom premium lodge - it was spotlessly clean and really well equipped, the beds were made up, towels and toiletries were provided, and the Wi-Fi was fast. We had a travel cot with us and there was no space for this in either bedroom, however there was plenty of space in the hallway just outside the main bedroom to set this up. There is an automatic barrier at the entrance which works with a pass you keep in your car, this added to the park feeling really safe and secure. The park itself is well set up, very clean, quiet, small and peaceful. The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The pizzeria on site was great for a pizza, but it did get really busy during our stay! There is a children’s playground right next to the pizzeria, which both kids loved. The location is perfect for exploring the New Forest, we couldn’t believe the wildlife we encountered just a few steps from the lodge. And it couldn’t have been better placed for visiting Paultons Park, only a 10 minute drive away. We will definitely return and would love to try out a lodge with a hot tub next time!

Small and friendly well kept holiday park. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable lodge. We stayed 3 nights as a family of 4 adults and 2 young children. The children loved the play area and the fairy walk in the forest. Good base for exploring the local area. We had great Pizzas on site from Ember cafe. Had a very good Sunday roast at the Lamb a couple of miles away from the park. Would recommend.

My family and I stayed for 3 nights in September 2023. Positives: On arrival we were pleasantly surprised to have been upgraded to a lodge with a hot tub. The lodge "Edmonton" was lovely. Very modern. Very clean and tidy. The grounds were well kept, neat and tidy. The staff were friendly. The pizza restaurant on site serves great pizzas. Negatives: I'm deducting one star for a few simple things (snagging) that the management could/should have spotted. 1) The back door on the Edmonton lodge cannot be locked (the latch on one door doesn't align with the slot in the floor). So we couldn't leave valuables in the property. I alerted a member of staff but I asked that it be repaired after we leave as we didn't want the disruption of people working on the property during our short break. 2) The outdoor area with the hot tub, has wind breaking glass at the end, but faux fencing along the sides. This means that in moderate winds, the wind can travel across the outside area. The problem here is that that hot tub cover folds over and stands to one side of the hot tub. On two occasions a mild gust of wind caught the cover (which is very heavy) and nearly brought it crashing down on my 3 yr olds head. I managed to catch it in time. But it is quite dangerous. 3) Toilet seats misaligned with the toilets. A simple thing to fix, but looks so unimpressive . I've also deducted a point for the MAIN problem: 4) THE WASPS!! I don't know if there is a nearby nest(s) or if this is a regional or seasonal problem. And while I appreciate the management may not be able to do anything about it, it really impacts on enjoyment of the lodge. You cannot open the windows in the day, within a couple of mins you will have 2 or 3 wasps inside the property. The minute you go outside they are everywhere. It was Hitchcock-esque. Found ourselves running back and forth to the car and trying to load the car quickly and close the boot/door before they flew in. If you're allergic to wasp stings you may want to pack extra epi pens or simply avoid this venue.

Hello, Thankyou for your feedback, we really appreciate all your comments so that we can make necessary improvements for our future guests enjoyment. I was glad to see you enjoyed the Ember pizzeria! Your comments have been noted re the door, apologies for that - the maintenance team are going to double check it was tended to after you left. I trust your little one was ok, and again thankyou for your feedback regarding the decking area- these lodges were launched in position from July this year so is a very useful comment for us to investigate further as the season progresses with the changeable weather and we promise to do so. We will also check the toilet seats in the holiday home The wasps you had encountered were an unseasonal issue due to the warmer start to the Autumn. They were present about park and a notable distraction for which we apologise for, however I am happy to say this issue no longer resides here. An excessive issue could of course have been a nest which we could have investigated at the time for you if you would have let us know on park. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused to you with their presence. I do hope that issues aside you enjoyed our lovely park and facilities and I do hope you return one day and we can offer you an experience that can turn your three-star review in to a five as you duly deserve. JV

We have just spent a week at Greenhill Farm Holiday village in Landford and have had an amazing time. Went with family, six adults and two grandchildren aged 5 years and 16 months in two lodges. What a beautiful site so well kept with immaculate grounds. Peaceful place and kids are kept occupied on lovely play park and fire pit in evening toasting marshmallows which my grandson loved. They even put the splash pads on Saturday and Sunday even though it's out of season due to warm weather which was a lovely touch and my little grandaughter loved it. Theres a forest walk for kids on site and in summer season I believe theres forest activities laid on for kids to enjoy. Embers pizzeria and bar is really nice and food is fantastic we all enjoyed it. Reasonable prices aswell and quality great. The lodges were beautiful and very clean with everything a family needs. Nice touches like shower gel, handwash and body lotion and shower was amazing. Lovely clean bedding and towels provided. Central heating good too. Gate at edge of site leads straight on to Canada Common and New Forest which is absolutely beautiful area. We saw cattle, ponies , donkeys, deer and even pigs roaming free which was a delight to see. Staff are friendly and should be commended on the hard work they do to make Greenhill Farm such a special place. I would highly recommend a visit to this stunning site if you enjoy nature and quality holiday in peaceful setting. Highly recommend for families and couples. We will certainly return in the future. We have made some lovely memories here to cherish 🙂

We visited for a three night break and stayed in one of the shepherds huts. This park is beautiful, quiet and well kept. The shepherd hut was amazing, had everything we needed for our stay and the mattress was pure heaven. The welcome shortbread was a nice touch. We ate in Embers on the first night and the pizza was delicious. Definitely visit, you won’t be disappointed :)

We spent 4 days on green hill farm , lodge was very clean, nice peaceful weekend, plenty to do, lovely dog walk field, even had poo bags and tennis balls, BUT very disappointed with the fencing around the dog field, plenty of holes in the hedging with barbed wire fencing, hedges that ran adjacent to the main road is full of gaps again with barbed wire, nothing to stop dogs from running onto the main road, parts had sheep wire fencing, whole field needs to have sheep wire for peace of mind! Could not let dog off lead , very disappointed as supposed to be dog friendly! Thanks Michael

Its is so very peaceful and great dog walks into the New forest which we loved. The kitchen utensils are very basic and we stayed in the the Exclusive lake side lodge so thought you were have a few extra bits, not even a wooden spoon or proper chopping board. It would of been nice to see some games in the lodge but there was nothing. Plenty of poo bins for dog walking which was a big plus. They even supply poo bags next to the bins but after the 1st day they were all empty :( I would definitely go again but maybe not pay the extra money for an exclusive lodge. So many activities if you want them aswell and staff can't do enough to help you.

Hiya Sally, Thankyou so much for your five star rating and detailed review. It was great to read what an enjoyable stay you had and that our staff were helpful too! We really appreciate your comments to make our guests stay even better so we will revisit the inventory all our lodges as your suggested items are typically included! We have many guests bring their dogs and are normally better prepared to replenish the stations so apologies for the shortage of waste bags on your visit! We have a varied range of accommodation in different areas across the park so please give us a call on park prior to your next visit and we can talk through the options best suited for you! JV
