Our first day was without shower, because the water was absolutely cold. In the bedroom heating didn't work. Wi-fi is not free, you have to pay for that and it's available only for one device. Ski boots doesn't fit in the ski room so you have to take them to the room, but it's forbidden to walk your ski boots...

Do not waste you money on this place! First of all standard is really poor. Neither corridors nor rooms are clean. Moreover rooms are in bad shape (broken doors, missing basebords, missing glasses or plates) and everything you do not report on check-in is subject to keep your deposit. You need your own bedding/sheets (or pay 12 EUR per bedding)...

I'm writing this on our 4th day of our booked 7 night stay. Our toilet was broken on arrival, no water supply and after repeated daily requests (in French) to fix the problem, we still have no usable toilet. Our room is way too small for 6 people and bedding/ sheets was not provided on our first night. We had...

Went right at the end of season for 2014. Slopes aren't as near as you are led to believe. We had 4 persons in a 6 person apartment. Definetely not big enough for 6. Apartments are very basic but sufficient enough for a ski holiday. The resort itself was closing down for the end of season so not much open...

Small rooms, small TV, uncomfortable beds, but nicely located near the slopes. They have a good sauna but you need to book in advance. Also, if you need to rent gear, male sure you look at their opening hours :). They will give you a resident discount. On getting there: be careful - the busses from marseille and nice run...

The rooms were quite OK - 4 of us in apartment for 6. I don't want to imagine how would it look with 6 adults in that space. 5 - 10 minutes from the slopes with poor snow coverage (not to do anything with hotel but good to know that 2012 was really bad season) and slowest lifts i ever...

I have been to several French ski resorts before, but was never treated so badly. We arrived with a group of about 40 people and it took them over 4 hours to give us our room keys. The rooms were quite ok, but not very clean. The worst situation was on departure, we waited for two hours for them to...

Dirty, blankets full of hairs, even dog hair. Very small ski lockers. Unkind staff which is totally not typical for the French. Our check out lasted 5 hours. We cleaned our appartament but we couldnt be present when they checked it so they charged us 40 EUR for two slats (I suppose for bed) and took that from our deposit...

“Avoid whole hotel, but if you decide to go there do not take room 52. They have only one key (which is also a key to the locker in ski-room) so if you want to split your group you may have problems whith access to your room.”
