With 3 friends we stayed two nights . There is a good sized carpark off the main road in which we had plenty of room for the motorbikes. Safe quiet area. We had two rooms 17 & 12. 12 was the ideal room for two blokes sharing, separate rooms and shared a bathroom. I think 15 was similar which is...

A good hotel in Montherme, which in turn is a pretty little town. We had a room with a balcony. Not the biggest room, but comfortable and with everything we needed. The restaurant was popular, and we had a great meal of entrecote and chips. Huge steak, really well cooked.

We were alarmed by just how traditional the plat du jour advertised on the specials board was. Deciding to go for it, we subsequently enjoyed a lovely evening with friends at the restaurant attached to this hotel. Most of the dishes were traditional, along with some lighter, more modern fare (such as salmon). The desserts were quite delicious, and everybody...

The Franco-Belge at Monthermé is a simple, 2-star Logis-de-France. I like the concept of the Logis, they are typical family hotels, not part of big international chains. People who go for the chains want to make sure the standard and formula is always the same, you know what you get, like the fare at McDonalds. Logis, on the contrary, can be...

We stayed here at the end of our camping trip as the rain had put me off sleeping under canvas. A good value basic hotel that seems to be frequented by builders but the very nice restaurant was also used by the locals. We would definitely stay there again as although it was basic, it was clean and the staff...

Myself and two friends stayed here on our way back to Zeebrugge at the end of a 7 day motorcycle tour of the Alsace region of France. We parked up in the small car park at the rear of the hotel and went inside, first impressions were not great, very stark bare corridor and a reception desk and the furniture...

Ideal location just away from the centre of the village, close to the River. The staff were efficient & friendly & the hotel was clean & comfortable with a patio door onto a small balcony. We only stayed one night as we were on a motorcycle tour & we did not eat here but had drinks in the beer garden....

We used Logis de France to find a small hotel in a pretty location. This hotel in Montherme particularly appealed. Montherme is at the confluence of the Meuse and Semoy rivers and the old town is contained in a peninsular formed by a loop of the river. The hotel is on the outside bend of the river about 10 minutes...
