Bon Ton manages to seamlessly balance what you think you want with what you really want. If you spent your 20s trapsing through jungles getting ravaged by mosqitoes or staying in rock bottom priced beach slums and want to spend your 30s in places with bags of character, meticulous levels of cleanliness with great food then Bon Ton is your...

I have recently come back from a stay at the Bon Ton and Temple Tree resort. We travelled with my husband who is wheelchair dependant and another couple with a 4 year old son. We had a fantastic time and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We had Estate 1 and Estate 3 which were big in size with more than...

The staff were very very attentive and friendly and their service and attention to detail could not be better. The food and atmosphere at the restaurant was fantastic - relaxed and the samples of tapas brought to us as we sat round the pool in the afternoon were great. The hut was very romantic and kept well clean - ironed...

Last november we staid our last 3 nights in Malaysia at Bon Ton and Temple Tree resorts. Because we could only get Bon Ton for 1 night, we staid the last two nights at temple tree (estate 2). At bon ton we staid in yellow orchid, witch is really lovely. As is the rest of the bon ton resort. Great...

Bon Ton resort is not your average hotel/resort, this place is special, you are greeted warmly from the moment you arrive and not just by the owners but by half a dozen cats and kittens that live on the resort. The view from the pool in the evning i like being in a hollywood movie, with the sun setting behind...

We stayed for three nights in May 2009. The rooms are well put together with great furniture/textiles which remain true to the style of the huts but add a little touch of style. This is not a luxury resort, the accommodation is stylish but rustic - expect to find gekkos cooling down on your walls. Having said that, the area...

I'd been to Bon Ton twice before and every time is an improved experience. We stayed at White Frangipani, which directly faces the pool. It's spacious for two, though I suspect that the rooms in Temple Tree are even more so. I loved opening the shutters every morning, and the whole house creaking as you walked through it. I'd add...

I stayed at the Temple Tree section of Bon Ton with two girlfriends, and even though we only had a couple of nights there it turned out to be one of the most memorable trips any of us ever had. We got to the resort late after an exhausting day of delays, and were pleasantly surprised to find the staff...
