Tried to treat my wife to a romantic evening away followed by a day using the spa facilities. Instead ended up stood in the car park for half an hour trying to get in touch with someone to let us in. No answer, had to turn around and go home. Clearly we weren't worth it. Absolutely disgusted. Luckily we live... More

We were staying at the Caravan Club touring site, so the Gamekeepers could not be more handy, being situated a few minutes walk away. We had lunch twice - very tasty sandwiches with salad and chips. The pub is very attractive, both inside and out. Beautiful stone floors and loos are both stylish and immaculate. The staff were all great.... More

Visited the game keepers on a family event. Chose the set menu which offered great value for 3 courses. The service could have been a little slicker but overall would recommend for a nice meal. The portions are not so large as other places but the dishes tasted good.

We stayed on the Long Ashes Park with family in their permanent home which is on the site. We had an evening meal at the Gamekeeper's Inn. This is very popular with residents from the park homes and also local people who value a good meal. We all had excellent food, well presented and very tasty. I had roast partridge... More

Had lunch as a friend knows this place which most people will miss as it is on a Mobile Home Park. She had a roast beef dinner and I had sausages and mash. They were both great and also at a very reasonable price for lunch. The staff are very helpful and friendly and we would certainly go again.

Was staying at the nearby site doing some walking with a mate for a couple of days. Was a little unsure about visiting given some reviews but glad we did. Great choice of beer Including Warsteiner which was excellent. We had the Tapas specials and shared 6 dishes between us. Extremely tasty, piping hot and a delight to eat. Good... More

We went to the Gamekeepers for a meal tonight and wished we hadn't bothered. Whilst the girls who served on were fine we couldn't fault them, but you feel bad complaining to them aw they are not responsible for the poor food. My starter of Goats cheese tart was fine , no complaints there. I ordered Terryaki salmon as my... More

Booked a night away with the dinner bed and breakfast deal. Great value with access to the spa next door for a relaxing couple of hours before dinner. We got two courses with our prior booked option and it didn't dissapoint, fantastic quality and great portions ... We couldn't fit any dessert in! The room was decent with a good... More
