Aesthetically not pleasing!! Two headboards with the twins pushed together & headboards overhanging each side of bed! Blooming awful! Thought we'd booked a double!!!! Said we'd booked a double. Only one bedside table. One disgruntled husband. Otherwise all good. Busy place but then again maybe they are all caravanners as the NEC caravan & camping show is on! A very...

We were flying from Birmingham airport for a week's holiday so was looking for a hotel that you could leave your car at the hotel and have a taxi to the airport. We found this one after a search through a well known company and this seemed to tick all the boxes. We were pleasantly surprised as you're never really...

We've just had our third stay at this hotel after returning from a long haul holiday and each stay has been faultless. The staff are really helpful and friendly including the Tradesmen working in the hotel who helped with our cases as there is no lift. Our room has always been on the first floor and each time it's been...

Convenient for NEC Birmingham. Staff friendly and helpful. Room comfortable. We booked dinner; this was an excellent decision, and we enjoyed a superb a la carte meal. We will certainly return to this hotel the next time we see something on at the NEC that we want to see.

All the people complaining I would like to know when the staff are rude things don't go correctly because I have recently stayed with my partner and the staff could not be more helpful, fantastic wi-fi comfortable room etc, put it this way I work as a security guard and I was still made to feel like royalty. I guess...

I stayed here for one night whilst at a conference in the area. I ate in both the bar area and restaurant and found both to have a decent menus. The food itself was very good and service matched. Rooms are pretty much as you'd expect with all the usual provisions. The hotel itself is a little dated on the...

I stayed here for a night on business it was great and perfect for the NEC. I have to say one of the best parts of my stay was the service Guillaume, the receptionist offered. He is very professional, excellent at customer service and also I was happy he found me a toothbrush as I forgot mine. It is funny...

I've not got much time but I just wanted to say what a well run and comfortable hotel this is. The staff were motivated and polite, rooms clean and comfortable and dinner and breakfast were good. Every member of staff we encountered was excellent. Thanks.

Efficient friendly staff. High quality accommodation. Good food, what more do you need. We did not stay in the accommodation as they had no family rooms but family members did and they were very pleased with their rooms. The breakfast we joined they for was excellent for buffet style breakfast.

On the whole this stay was good. Hotel had plenty of parking. Room was good size. Clean and presentable. Restaurant was ok. Staff seemed pleasant. My only gripe was that the staff didn't seem to be very forthcoming with information that guests would need - for example, to be in your car at the exit barrier to find out you...
