My wife and I have just enjoyed a very pleasant stay at The Plough Inn. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious (room 5). The staff were very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was of a good standard, with a good choice and amount. The evening meal menu was also very good and available at additional cost, but worth that extra cost.

Highly recommend! 20 of us booked for lunch on a Saturday. We were asked to email over our pre order which wasn't a problem. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. Lovely setting and very friendly staff. Fantastic customer service! Everyone really enjoyed their meal and the staff couldn't do enough for us. Despite being probably quite a loud hen party...

Stayed here for one night, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating. We ordered lunch which was served fairly promptly and ate outside in the beautiful beer garden, sadly the food was bland and quite pricey for basic pub food. I've rated as average due to the room, it was in desperate need of updating and not worth the £85...

Had lunch here yesterday and it was superb. I can highly recommend the Fish Platter, just the best. I was here with my 4 members of my family and all of us agree that we will definitely be returning soon. Very reasonably priced and lovley staff.

Dear Ken S Firstly, thank you for your review. We were somewhat surprised to receive it almost 5 months after your stay, and even more surprised that you've stated you were not aware of the beer festival until your arrival, as I was personally there when our assistant manager gave you a courtesy call well before the festival just to...

There wasn't much noise considering its a...
