This is a a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Patrick will prepare you an amazing breakfast after a superb nights sleep. We stayed in the main house in an ensuite room with a power shower - but you could stay in one of the Eco Huts, a Shepherds Hut or 'Dorothy" the restored vintage caravan - all good!. Enjoy...

Recently enjoyed a relaxing 2 night stay in the Shepherds Hut, it really is a lovely place with lots of animals and wildlife... previously stayed in one of the Eco huts, they each have their own benefits. Even managed a bath under the starts and Patrick & Glenis as great hosts....you must try the outdoor pizza oven, Patrick makes a...

We have just spent a long weekend in Lincolnshire. One of the highlights was Kingthorpe Manor farm. As far away from a sterile chain hotel as you can get. The house and grounds are beautiful. Our room was spacious and had lovely views over the garden/orchard. Breakfasts were delicious and Gluten free options are available. I want to give a...

We stayed at Kingthorpe Manor with friends in July 16. Our bedroom in the main house had been beautifully restored and was very comfortable, with views across the gardens. I loved the bathroom. The mattress was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up. Pat and Glynis were wonderful hosts; charming and very helpful. They were knowledgeable about the local...

Took over the whole place with 17 of us for 3 nights. We were very lucky with the weather. Great place to hang out and the kids just amused themselves enjoying the space. The breakfast is wonderful, and the dinner we had one night was also top notch. Made use of the outdoor pizza oven one night and that was...

The owners have made every effort to include eco friendly technology in the impressive refurbishment of this listed farm house. The public rooms are tastefully furnished as are the bedrooms which are all ensuite. There is a shepherd 's hut, yurts and a vintage caravan in the grounds and it's lovely to be surrounded by a variety of animals, cats,...

We rented an Eco Hut for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it. The whole placed is so relaxed and the couple that own and run it are lovely. This was our first try at glamping and we will definitely go again. I'd also recommend paying the extra for the breakfast which is made to order and stunning. The...

Had two nights here while visiting family nearby and was pleasantly surprised. Pictures do it no justice. The owners could not do enough to make us feel welcome with cups of tea anytime of day! Kids loved the climbing wall patrick was building and the swings and gorgeous natured dog and cats wandering around. Was unusually cold in June! Patrick...
