What a beautiful place and location. Spotlessly clean and the owners John and Joanie were not only helpful and provided an excellent breakfast but they also had a passion for the history of the place. Hotel / Pub across the road had recently changed hand but provided food and drink which we sampled but next door to the B&B was Bircham Stores and Cafe. You MUST eat at the cafe. Plenty of car parking space and the other guests together with the owners made the whole visit a pleasure. Room was quiet and had a private bathroom that was separate to the room but not an issue. Well furnished and a separate walk in room for clothes and cases etc.

A beautifully peaceful location, tastefully furnished with 2 of the most delightful hosts of any B and B I have stayed in. Your every convenience considered right down to a box of matches to light the candle in the bathroom while you soak in the bath A feast of a breakfast served in bright and airing drawing room. Spotlessly clean. I can highly recommend.

So firstly I have to hold my hands up for turning up with one extra person than we had booked for (our daughter as we had booked at the start of the year and then forgotten who we had booked for!!). After lots of initial looking back and forth between all of us we got sorted and settled in to our room :) I have to say that John and Joanie absolutely rock! They are really easy to talk to and even easier to listen to as they talk about the Farm House and so on. They are also really friendly and quite accommodating and cook a mean breakfast!! Our room was spotless and the bed was pretty damn massive! We didn't bother with a rollaway as the bed was quite literally that big (and comfortable!). The bathroom was clean and spotless and really we had no issues what so ever with our stay. It was such a lovely farm house and we thoroughly loved our short time here. What was really nice was just sitting in the window in our room, reading a book and just watching the world go by in the back yard. Also loved the chickens ;) Quite happy to recommend the farm house to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed here for two nights with a couple of friends and can’t recommend it highly enough. The rooms we stayed in were extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, offering us wine glasses and tips about the area. They were happy for us to order in a pizza on an evening we had rain and provided us with plates. I would definitely return here.

Stayed at Church Farm recently, our room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the walled garden. The hosts John and Joanie were very friendly and did everything that they could to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Breakfast was first class and the hosts catered for our individual requirements. Would definitely use again.

Limited to three rooms this is a delightful place to stay. The host and hostess are very welcoming and nothing is to much trouble. Very clean comfortable room with only birdsong to listen to. The Kings Head directly opposite serves a very good evening meal.

Just home from our fourth visit to Church Farm House which is easily the best B&B we have stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many!). The owners John and Joanie are perfect hosts, attentive to detail and ensuring you feel welcomed and looked after. Their home is beautiful, the bedrooms all decorated and furnished to a high standard, gorgeous crisp cotton bedding, soft towels and lovely ‘extras’ including home made biscuits. Breakfast is yummy, everything and anything you want and all cooked to perfection. We stayed for four nights and can honestly say we didn’t want to go home! See you again very soon :)

The room we stayed in was finished to a good standard. The bed was very comfortable. There was a good selection on the tea tray. The owners were very welcoming and did their best to tell us about the local area and what we could do. I would recommend.
