As I was driving a fair distance for lunch I decided to book a room for the night....& I'm so glad I did! I was met by welcoming staff & showed to my room.....which was actually more of a cottage! I had two double rooms with a kitchenette area separating them. The two bathrooms had luxurious showers with enormous shower...

We have wanted to eat here for ages and after the Wife of Bath reopened recently my wife's birthday lunch was the perfect time to finally achieve our ambition. This is a beautifully decorated restaurant (with rooms to stay too) in the heart of old Wye with a car park behind. We had drinks at the very well appointed bar...

We went for our New Year's Eve lunch, fancied a change from Rocksalt and was really pleased. Food was tasty and hearty and would definitely recommend it and will certainly go again. Rabbit starter and beef main were excellent.

My boyfriend and I stayed a night here after traveling to Canterbury. We didn't expect so much but when we get to our room, it was great. The room was fairly big and well-decorated. It was really cold outside but our room was really warm. The bed was very big and comfortable for two people. The bathroom was lovely as...

Me and My GF needed somewhere for one night before heading to the EuroShuttle. From this we stayed at The Wife of Bath and the only problem was not arriving sooner in the evening, as I would have liked to of tried their menu! Arriving around 9.30pm staff welcomed us as we came in and checked me and my GF...

Just reopened, the Wife of Bath has an excellent restaurant with a delightful ambience. A Victorian house now has a light and open interior with a touch of contemporary making it fell both spacious and cosy. The food was brilliant. I had a butter lettuce, anchovy and crouton starter which was light and tasty. My partner had a very good...

We stayed and dined here for a family occasion. We were met by Steffano (I hope I spelled that correctly), the owner, and shown to our pre booked room. There are only five rooms, and we had the one in the main part of the 400 year old building, with double bed and shower. There are a few niggles, but...
