Stayed here October 2016 with the wife , meeting a group of friends. Hotel is lovely, no issues with that. Staff very helpful. Laid out very well and is well looked after. Hotel not particularly attractive from outside. Plenty of parking available when we visited. Once inside the ambience changed to a modern, well designed and welcoming looking hotel. We were directed to the spa by reception staff as signage was lacking. Staff in the spa (not the massage therapists) at first appeared welcoming but we soon realised that they lacked organisation...
