I stayed here for a week on business, was lucky to be in one of the updated rooms which was awesome. The hotel itself is very pleasant, good bar and great spa facilities. The majority of the staff were very pleasant, in particular Oriana & Roxana were outstanding! Both always very welcoming and cheerful on the front desk and always...

We had a family get together for my Mother's 80th birthday and it was amazing. This has to be one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The rooms were excellent and they gave my mum a huge room where we could all gather and drink our champagne. The facilities were everything you ever needed and we could use...

We really appreciated the milk in the fridge, the nice tea selection as well as the Espa products. Spacious room as we were in a refurbished room. Slight issues with the cleanliness of the fridge inside was the only negative along with a party that was going on til midnight in their function room. (Was really loud and could not...

I have stayed in this hotel twice, both times for leisure with wife and daughter. We find everything above average. There are plenty of amenities on site and it is a good spot from which to explore Bristol. The staff are also very attentive and willing to help. The restaurant remains as good as the first time but the price...

On my way to attend a conference with a colleague we stopped for one night. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the majority seemed to be local rather than United Nations which so often greets you (and no, I'm not a racist but sometimes when you've just driven for four hours you want to speak to somebody whose first language...

I travelled in a group of 25 people. The room allocation was strange in that our double room was small in that the double bed took up most of the space .There was a desk, office chair, large wing chair and smalll wardrobe. It was more suitable for a business man staying one night. A friend who booked a single...

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have a variety of room types that all differ slightly in layout. We will certainly take your feedback on board and re-consider how we allocate rooms for tour groups in the future, and try to allocate our more spacious rooms to double occupancy guests. If you were to stay...

Minutes off the motorway with ample space for a one to one meeting and not too expensive. Parking is pay per hour and done on departure. Plenty of parking available when I was there. Friendly staff. Laid out so relatively private and free WiFi good.

We could not fault the bedrooms, which were extremely clean, with a very comfy bed, plenty of pillows and well equipped with everything we needed. Bathroom and shower were great too. What lets the hotel down is the restaurant food and the spa. The restaurant setting is fab, but the food was overpriced and not cooked to a great standard....

Stayed here last Saturday night after a wedding. The room was very nice and spacious, although got very hot during the night. It had nice added touches such as fresh milk, good quality tea, coffee and biscuits, complimentary bottle of water. However, breakfast the next morning was a real let down. The dining room is really nice and bright, with...
