Is there a gentlemen’s dress code for the restaurant?
There is no dress code as such but the food and service is very nice and having eaten there many times I would suggest smart casual. If you want something more relaxed book a table in the bar. You can get the same food but my wife I find it more comfortable

Is the pool the same depth or does it gradually get deeper?
Almost the same depth but it is slightly more shallow at the door end. Nice facilities and outdoor Hot Tub. Enjoy
