Lovely restaurant if you like seafood. Could possibly do some dishes for the kids and people that dont eat fish. Well comfy beds! Ok room was cold but you can turn the heater on then it was warm by the time we had come back from taking a few photos of the loch. I may be a humble person but...

Honestly, people need to appreciate what they're paying for. This is a 3 star hotel at very reasonable prices and views to die for. I honestly can't believe the hard time this hotel is getting from reviewers. We stayed for 1 night but would have happily stayed longer, staff were great, food was fantastic and we had the best time....

Big room on ground floor but it was cold, and it was advertised as having a view but you had to stand up to see it and even then it was restricted by the trees on the hotel side, tea and coffee in room but milk was off , glasses and beer bottles still sitting from the night before at breakfast time,...

We stayed thankfully for one night. The photos on the website give the false impression of good quality. OMG what an experience. This is a hotel that I assumed was very nice and well kept. There seemed to be only two staff working there both struggled to speak English,Credit to them both for trying. One assumes the owners who ever...

When we first arrived we were given a Loch View room that we asked for, room was ok, not great just ok, then we noticed a leak through one of the vents in the ceiling, so we asked to be moved..... and what a difference. They moved us to the room next door and it was far superior to the...

The hotel is nice comfortable property. Its located right in front of the lake giving a marvellous view. They also have a nice lawn with the lake's view. Rooms: Nice, clean, spacious. We faced no issues. The bathroom too was alright with no issues. They had a sofa set by the window which gave a great view of the river....

We stayed there during our trip to Fort William. A very cozy place - nice room with a lake view (which was breathtaking as we had a lovely weather), close proximity to Fort William, and a good base camp for hiking in the mountains. Lovely meals - very tasty and served by very nice staff. It might not be perfect...

We stayed here a long time ago when it was a splendid hotel , noted for comfort and fine dining. Today it is just the reverse. On arrival, we found a notice informing us that Reception only operated limited hours and we were 30 mins early for the next roster. First duty of any accommodation agent is surely to welcome...

Had been booked into this hotel when I showed up was greeted in reception by a lad who said hardly anything then left us sitting for an hour. He left us in the reception which was stinking of damp and really dated and scruffy decor. When I was shown to my room it was so dated and was stinking of...
