Would highly recommend the brown trout for a quiet relaxing break lovely warm spacious rooms and the food is second to none. Very reasonably priced as well and dog friendly if your dog needs a break as well.
I ordered chicken liver pate starter. It came with two slices of buttered soggy toast. I was expecting preferably melba toast or even savoury biscuits. My main meal was good but the chips side order were the biggest chips I have ever had - too big!
