I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 16 years or so. It is very convenient for the refineries so I use this hotel when I have an early meeting. Good restaurant with a nice choice of food. Rooms are getting a little tired but I was in one of the older rooms close to reception. Good...

Stayed here for a week for business. The hotel looks nice and is made up from a few separate buildings. Rooms are nice and big and cleaned to a high standard. I stayed in an 'exclusive' room which has a larger tv and bathroom. The bathroom even has a tv in it! I ate here every night - Food was...

Attended the Harry Potter themed afternoon tea here which was fantastic, the staff had gone to a lot of effort from their costumes to the decor of the 'hall'. Staff were friendly and constantly came around asking if you would like drink refills. The hall looked amazing, and the attention to detail was great and very authentic. The food was...

You could tell a lot of effort had been put into the Harry Potter afternoon tea, and the costumes and decorations were fantastic. The food was nice too, and the golden snitch and chocolate frogs were a great touch. One comment would be that we didn't seem to have enough Polyjuice potion or tea to drink for the 6 people...

WOW!! We had a fantastic afternoon. The service from the staff was outstanding, along with the food, especially the pumpkin pasties. It was a truly magical experience with the staff fully embracing the theme. It was our first visit but we will definitely be returning.

Visited on the 27th October 2016 for the Harry Potter Afternoon Tea. It completely exceeded expectations. The staff costumes, the decoration of the venue and the food were all wonderful. Would happily repeat this experience. Incredibly reasonably priced - and much easier to pay in advance than worry about payment on the day. I believe they are running the experience...

Stayed one night on a business trip. Room was a double room with breakfast. Firstly, the room. The rooms are nicely decorated and well equipped. Some signs of use on the wallpaper where people have scraped their phone charger plugs up and down. My only "criticism" (and this is one I have with every hotel that gives me a "double"...

We held our wedding reception at this fabulous Hotel. From the day of booking - we only have compliments. Rob and his staff are extremely tentative, organised, efficient but very relaxed.
