Stayed here for one night. From the time we entered reception we were made welcome. We were advised as to where to park and a drink was offered. Our room was a reasonable size and had a nice terrace overlooking the street. It is situated just off the town square which had a number of tavernas. Fresh water from the...

A cozy, comportable and clean place run by Maria - the most amazing woman of Greece. You feel her good spirit in every corner of the hotel. She should not only run the hotel but the whole country ;) The rooms are very nice, everything works like it is supposed to be. The breakfast with homemade jam, dark bread and...

The surroundings are gorgeous and the nice staff knows exactly where to guide you! They are able to adapt to any kind of travel; from...

Hospitality using personality. This small hotel in the heart of Goumenissa is perfect location for all of your excursions to the Mountain Paiko area (Pella and Kilkis). Very close to the city square center with a human-scale architecture and management. Value for money. Try to find an occasion of visiting Goumenissa when they organize an event with famous macedonian brass...

It's the place you never expect to find. In the center of the town but quite. Traditional from the breakfast (home made marmalade and butter) till to sleep (warm clean rooms). The owner friendly and polite, even if her two kids were... Everywhere. Well done

Warm welcome, hospitable, social and extremely helpful owner, fantastic marmelade and breakfast, affordable prices, clean, neat, cozy! I visited for a business trip and had to stay more since the hotel owner showed me around the beauties of the fantastic mountain where Goumenissa and the Hotel Dimosthenis lie onto.

Goumenissa is a nice little town with it's own weekly street market, very friendly locals, great restaurants and beautiful nature with mountainous surroundings! Maria and Dirk (with their lovely kids) were the best and most friendly hosts you can imagine. They took great care of me and, obviously, the other guests as well. The other staff members seemed professional and...

They set with us and helped plan our days in the area (they told us which villages to go, what is special about each place, where should we eat, ect.) This area in mainland Greece is to AMAZING, with a...
