My son and I loved our covid safe visit today. It felt like the first real fun we’d had in months. The facilities were clean as they always were. Not too crowded as you have to book, and the lady on the phone was friendly, reception also when we arrived. It felt like a real treat after a terrible year.

Just had a pit stop at this coffee bar. Served by Amy Whittlestone and whatever you are paying her is not enough. Lovely cheerful lady especially in these awful times. Very quick and efficient. I felt that she genuinely wanted me to have a great visit. Was cleaning tables as well as serving behind the counter. Took a real pride in her cafe. My career was training and development within the hospitality industry before retirement and Amy did everything I recommended and more . Well done lady.

We absolutly love Ribby Hall! Last week we did a 4 night stay in Ribby hall and had a great time like always! We went for my Son's 3rd birthday, he loves the pool which is always clean and not to packed, we got 2 swims in aswell which was great! The nature walk is lovely and the parks are fun for the kids! We ate twice at the italian which was amazing, the food is beautiful and the staff are great! Special shout out to the waitor Cameron who was so upbeat and friendly and gave my son a birthday ice cream which he loved! Cant wait to book our next Ribby Hall break!

This was our first every trip to Ribby hall We stayed here for 4 nights the end of September. We are a Family of 5 with children between 2-7 years. We booked the sapphire cottage near the lake which I would highly recommend great indoor and outdoor space and really close to the restaurants/entertainment etc literally 2 minute walk. You are only allocated one swim session and one evening entertainment if there are any more spaces you can book when there. We went swimming everyday and went the evening entertainment both wed and Thursday (no evening entertainment Monday or Tuesday)We ate out on site every night and The Italian caters really well for gluten free diets and their food is lovely. Can’t really rate the grill restaurant staff lovely but food not good we went once and cancelled the following night and went back the Italian. We hired a peddle boat which the kids loved climbed the wall which I recommend lot of fun and really cheap to do and my husband and eldest daughter did the archery which they said was a good laugh all reasonably priced, we bought our own bikes so didn’t need to hire. Lots of onsite parks for the kids and we had great weather so could sit out in the sun in the Italian having a drink whilst watching the kids play, or on our patio area while feeding the million ducks who would join us. Overall would highly recommend I love my abroad holidays but will definitely be back to Ribby hall again in the year future

As our overseas holiday had cancelled we opted for Ribby Hall as our holiday destination which we had planned previously but never achieved. The site was easy to find and well laid out for getting around. We were directed to our accommodation through a social distancing arrangement whereby we found a lovely cottage with more than enough space for three travellers. The appearance was very spacious and clean with everything available to assist with our stay. We then had an enjoyable stay travelling to Blackpool and surrounding area. The provisions for entertainment and swimming are commended with no issues arising and a good time enjoyed. The Spar on site had offers for all and had a wide range of goods for purchase. We used Papa Johns for a pizza one night and the process was without fault also. The reason for not awarding a five star review was that we reported a leak from the guttering above our front door on the Tuesday which by Friday had not been fixed. may not sound a great problem but this had caused us to listen to the rain dropping on out doorstep and worse, our letterbox which for me personally caused a restless sleep. That apart I would have given the stay 5 stars. Well worth a stay whether you wish for a quiet time or as a geatway with young children.
