This was our 4th time staying, 3rd time in March. We were very much looking forward to coming back as our son with down's syndrome was now walking so hoped he could take part in more activities. Unfortunately both children were ill while we were away so we didn't take part in

When I booked to stay at Ribby Hall, I explained I needed disabled friendly accommodation, as i had been in a RTA and was a wheelchair user. The lady explained to me that they had a disabled friendly cottage, which had a tiny step into the shower unit. When we got there, we

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm disappointed to hear of the difficulties you experienced during your stay with regards to accessibility, however I'm delighted that our Guest Services Manager was able to arrange, with our Maintenance Team, the necessary adjustments to your accommodation. Along with our family pool we also have an adult only pool which is specifically for anyone 16 and over. We will fully review your feedback and suggestions with regards to onsite accessibility with our Grounds Maintenance Team and Health and Safety Manager. All feedback we receive enables us to make future improvements to the village. Overall I'm thrilled you and your family had an enjoyable stay and we look forward to hopefully welcoming you back in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay, it is very much appreciated. With regards to the Tapas children's menu, look out for our new restaurant concept 'Terrazza' which will be replacing the Tapas Bar and Restaurant and will be providing a more family friendly offering. Sorry to hear about the issue with the activity booking, we have reviewed our systems to ensure that this issue does not reoccur. Thank you for your kind feedback regarding our maintenance team, they really are superheros who swoop in quickly and efficiently to put right anything that can't be foreseen. They are available 24hrs every day so it was great that you reported the matter so they could respond and ensure it had a minimal impact on your stay. Overall we are delighted that you enjoyed your stay and we very much look forward to welcoming you back!

We stayed in a an orchid 1 bedroom apartment with our 1 year old. It was much bigger than we expected and had good falicities. The pool was perfect for our baby; two splash pools with different slides and things to interactive with and a larger pool with a shallow part. We also

We recently went for a overnight spa break and this was my first spa break. I was very impressed with the room we stayed in which was spacious and comfortable. I would recommend the spa thermal journey and also the deep tissue massage. I did not want to leave as I was both

Hello, we have both Poppy and Ruby Cottages in most areas of the village and when booking you can request to be in a location should you wish. The main difference between the Ruby and poppy cottages is that the Ruby is 2 storey with a main bedroom and ensuite downstairs and 2 twin bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. Whereas the Poppy cottages are single storey. If you go on our website you can see an overview of each property for easier comparison. Kind Regards, Lauren
