This apartment part of a block of apartments was recommended for our stay in Poulton, booking was easy as its on many sites as well as its own and payments were quick taken in 2 halves because we booked early we booked through booking.com, the way to enter is a key code sent to your phone 4 days prior to arrival, this enters the block then your apartment so quite secure. It was fully booked and we didn't see or hear anything, very quiet. It is opposite the train station and a short walk to the town centre, taxis are outside the train station all day. We had Appt 11 a double bedroomed apartment with a lounge upstairs and a modern toilet/shower room at the lower level, all very modern black and silver decor and all quality finished. Everything you need is there iron/board hairdryer cooker toaster microwave toiletries tea/coffee kits etc etc. Cheaper overall than a travelodge or prem inn for four people but a much higher quality stay right in the middle of the town with easy access especially if you arrive by train, arrival by car, its all one way system through Poulton just follow the signs for the train station, parking is very limited at the back of the block but there is road parking around it. So we were pleasantly surprised by the apartment and enjoyed our comfortable stay, ideal location for us and we will consider if back in the area. Spotlessly clean, finished to a very high standard, self contained apartments with everything you could ask for. Great location to the town centre and train station.key pad entry to the apartments and to the rooms. Car parking is a premium, but plenty of off street parking close by.

Great location. Very ‘wag bling’ in the decor. Finishes aren’t there - the luxury to make a true 5* is lacking. Uncomfortable beds. Impossible to sleep. Noisy outside as well. Think they’re could be a drains issues - funny smell emanating from the rooms

Stayed in Breck Suite for 2 Nights. Beautiful apartment, beautifully set out, had everything you needed and more, very clean, great location, highly recommended! Jacuzzi bath for two was amazing! So close to pubs and restaurants and opposite the railway station, perfect! Staff were lovely! Can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful apartments, very impressed with the quality of everything. Looking forward to staying again. Central village location. 2 minute walk to all bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend to couples or families.

Glitzy apartments and location are great. More for the party set - noisy and apparently no soundproofing around the flats. Not for business travellers who need a decent sleep. No one on site or accessible to deal with any issues outside business hours.

Stayed here for 1 night for a family occasion.. The apartments are in a perfect location situated within a 2 minute walk from local bars and restaurants... You really couldn't ask for a better setting.. The apartments are sheer luxury and immaculately clean, we stayed in apartments 9 and 11 and they each had a unique theme.. From high spec facilities and decor you really feel at home... The rooms are so personalised with toiletries and everything you need to enjoy your stay .. Staff and management go above and beyond to make sure you have an unforgettable stay...

Stayed there for birthday. The staff went out of their way to organise the room and everything was perfect. The living room was so comfortable and clean, the huge corner sofa was perfect to relax on. The kitchen area was extremely modern and everything you could hope for was there. The bedroom was amazing. Very very comfortable large bed, black out curtains and the robes and slippers just helped relax you. The bathroom is amazing. Large 2 person jacuzzi with a separate rain fall shower. I would advise anyone staying to try apartment 6. Luxury.

The Breck Suite (Apt.1) is stunning. Luxurious, super clean and furnished to a very high standard with all the finishing touches including Amazon Echo, fans, all the complimentary toiletries you would need, tea/coffee, bathrobes and slippers. The double spa bath is amazing, the lounge area is comfortable and the bedroom is beautiful. Lovely full equipped kitchen although it was only used to chill the champagne as there are so many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Parking is on a first come first served basis which may prove tricky although there are plenty of street parking spaces in the surrounding area. Would highly recommend not just the Breck Apartments but a visit to Poulton for relaxing, enjoyable stay.

Stayed in these lovely apartments last week with close friends who bought it as a gift for us . worthy of their 5* . Very well equipped and fitted out to the highest standard. I left a couple of jackets, but they are going to post them to me which is very kind.Very handy with train station across the road and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Try Pulce pizza- fabulous! Will definitely stay again if down that way.!
