Detailed Reviews
We were invited to a 13 birthday party on Sunday 04th July, and what a lovely surprise we had having such a place this so near to Clitheroe. Tucked away in the heart of the beautiful Ribble valley countryside, with stunning views of Pendle Hill and surrounding countryside. On looking around it like their something for everyone, swimming pool, children’s play areas, two bars, family rooms with pool tables. We had a lovely buffet with lovely fresh sandwiches, homemade sausage rolls, fries and much more, well worth a visit.

This is a lovely site which is clean and tidy. The showers are great as each cubical is made up of a shower and a changing area. The pool and on site club with 2 big family rooms provide fun for families and there is a separate adults only bar.
Be aware the club does not take cards and the nearest cash point is a couple of miles away, so make sure you take cash with you. You also need a £10 cash deposit for the toilet and shower block.
Will definitely be returning to this site.

My grandparents had a mobile home on here for years as did my great aunt who was a resident on three rivers. It made me feel sad when I recently visited to see the place run down nowadays. I think it was a mistake knocking down the old shop when it’s just left a scruffy open space. I have lots of pictures of Three Rivers and the old shop and bar but it days of a lovely woodland site are long gone. What a shame it’s not as loved as it was when it was privately owned.

Thank you Mark for this review and very sorry it as taken so long to respond! Three Rivers is now in new ownership and privately owned. We would love to see your old pictures of the old Shop and Bar, if of course you still have them? I sincerely hope you will visit again and see what a lovely woodland site it really is and to see our ongoing investments to the Club House and the site!

Friendly welcoming cafe, serving good quality, reasonably priced food. The cafe caters for a range of tastes, including vegetarian and vegan.
The cafe offers seating inside and tables outside. Dogs and children are welcome and it is the ideal place for walkers to stop for coffee and cake.

A superb holiday park for everyone of all ages. Lots of amenities clean and tidy. Really good value for money. Site has a brilliant cafe serving lovely food and snacks run by Barry and Antonio you can’t complain. Great service and never a problem. Everyone should visit here for a quiet walk followed by a nice lunch and who knows you might buy a nice holiday home off Jonny like we did. You only live once. Enjoy it.

I left a review in feb 2018. I was disappointed and upset after I visited and saw three rivers neglected. I have many happy memories going back 45 years to how lovely it was then. I have to say I visit now every week to the woodland cafe and it’s a credit to the new people. Staff are lovely and food is amazing. Also credit to the new owners of three rivers it’s looking loved again.

We booked the lodge for the weekend for family visiting for my dad’s 70th. The rooms were fantastic with lots of space. The staff were so friendly and helpful from the point of booking to checking out. Such a lovely location and will definitely book again!

We tried this park on the off chance of their being a pitch available as we have been to it before after being let down. We drove round the park having stayed as few years ago with our caravan. There were plenty of places for a van with an awning. The ground was OK and not wet so we knew they had space. We went to enquire to be met by and small man in a cowboy hat, who looked me up and down and looked at at my van. It looked that my face didn't fit and my van was not up to standard. He told me the price was 32 pounds per night none electric because it was bank holiday weekend which he thought long and hard about before telling me the price. Obviously a price he'd made up in his head to put us of. Which it did so we left, never to return. We found another smaller campsite 18m away that was 32 for the two nights we wanted, much cleaner, better pitch, better facilities and a very nice manager who welcomed us with open arms. Well done to this campsite for not only alienating us for never to return.

Booked a few days here (luckily) as website advertised swimming pool, club house, and shop we have been to other harrison leasuire sites which weren't great but certainly not as bad as this place!
Site is full of statics which they are pushing I belive this year is last for tourers, the touring pitches are very badly uneven bur are well spaced
The shower block you have to pay £10 key deposit which is high and your not told till you arrive, this looked good from outside but we did not use
The swimming pool you have to pay for, £3.50 per adult and £2.00 a child making an expensive time other harrison leasure site we use pool is included in price
The shop on the days we were there was open for 2 hours, the signs outside mentioned all items ordered would be delivered the next day, this suggests to me little or no stock we didn't manage to get in there
The clubhouse / pub is only open Friday, Saturday and Sunday, however entertainment only on a Saturday no mention of any kids entertainment at all
We had a nice pitch when finally level by the kids park, had a few caravans by us but we're empty most of the time
While on site our caravan was hit by another site user (luckily just a cracking in front panel gel coat), we did register this with the front desk but they offered no help at all
