The bedrooms are large and very well provisioned, with comfy beds, crisp white linen, a fridge, wide tea selection a daily teatime treat. The breakfasts are cooked to order and all very delicious, the coconut yoghurt is a must!
The highlight for us was the sunny garden where there is enough quality furniture for each bedroom and is a perfect place to end the day.
There are plenty of restaurants within a five minute drive, we particularly enjoyed The Bridge Bistro in Wadebridge.
Highly recommended.

We have just spent a wonderful week at Park Farmhouse and already missing it. This B&B is set in beautiful gardens which you can use to relax in after a busy day exploring Cornwall. Tracy, Paul and Jackie are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel at home. We stayed in Pencarrow which was very comfortable, had beautiful views of the garden and had lovely treats left on our tea tray. Breakfast is served in a beautiful dining room that is full of character. Breakfast was the best we have had in a B&B, plenty of choice and really tasty. You can buy some of Tracy’s homemade jam, which is a must! I took some home for gifts. I would not hesitate in booking again and hope to visit soon.

What a find! Such a stunning and peaceful location with a beautiful garden and terrace. Park farmhouse has it all. Tracy & Paul are such welcoming and friendly hosts. The rooms are spacious, immaculate and beautifully decorated with a really comfy bed and great amenities. I love the fresh aroma in the room.

The Breakfasts are freshly made with so much choice and I can definitely recommend the scrambled egg on toast with smoked salmon served by the lovely Jackie and Tracy.

Each day on returning to the room there was Freshly made cake and biscuits with milk in the fridge to enjoy with a cuppa.

The B&B is ideally situated for visiting all the local attractions and wonderful beaches. Cycling the Camel trail to Padstow is a must. For keen gardeners wishing to take home any last minute plants, there’s a lovely garden centre about 5 minute drive away.
I wish I could have stayed longer but I’ll be sure to come back for another visit and would definitely recommend anyone staying here.

We have just spent 5 days at the lovely Park Farmhouse B&B. The farmhouse is in a truly beautiful setting with easy access to many local Cornish attractions, beaches and good pubs and restaurants.
The farmhouse only has 3 rooms to rent out and the one we stayed in was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable.
The host Tracy and her friend Jackie who helps in the running of the B&B are both very friendly and chatty, they really make you feel welcome. The breakfast is first class and such a good choice, the cooked breakfast is always fresh and plentiful, my husband had it everyday and didn't need anything else until the evening.
We had a lovely stay and if we visit Cornwall again in the future will definitely try and book this farmhouse again.
Thank you.

This B&B is really well located to explore large parts of Cornwall and offers a very warm and friendly service.
The age of the property provides some fascinating and quirky features, but the rooms are very well equipped and Tracey & Paul were very welcoming.
Great choices for breakfast and all really well presented and tasty.
We will be going back to stay again!

From the moment we arrived, we felt glad we had booked a week at Park Farmhouse B&B. Beautiful property with spacious, clean rooms and a gorgeous garden. The morning breakfasts were so fresh and tasty and the hosts were helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved the afternoon tea for two which included their homemade jam. As animal lovers, we also loved to see Daisy, Ella and Jeff around the garden. Thank you for making our first holiday so special!

A great B&B in a great location if you want to visit both coasts, it is in great central location and was a perfect base for us. Beautiful old country house with lots of history, rooms are spacious, well equipped and have plenty of character. Breakfast was lovely and plenty to chose from. All the staff/owners were very friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend.

Many thanks to Tracy-Paul and the lads for making us feel very welcome.
Park Farmhouse was above and beyond our expectations. A perfect base for our first holiday in Cornwall. A 15-20 minute drive from Padstow-Port Issac and the stunning Cornish Coastline with amazing coastal walks.
Our room was spotlessly clean on arrival and every day of our stay with a lovely surprise of pieces of cake in our room on our return each day.
Excellent breakfast menu freshly cooked every morning was a great way to start the day with the full English Breakfast my favourite with Jackie’s lovely and friendly service.
A return here is inevitable for us in the future and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Park Farmhouse to anyone.
Many thanks Tracy &Paul for an amazing week.

Phil & Bev xx

A welcoming place which is quiet but comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious and generous. We stayed in the Pencarrow room which is in the old part of the building so be prepared for feeling lopsided as the floor isn't completely flat (but it's not a problem). All mod cons and even a small fridge with fresh milk for your cuppa as well as a daily nibble to go with it. Close to Bodmin and less than 10 miles from Padstow it's also a great place to visit both the North and South coasts from.

Park Farmhouse was an amazing find. In a great location, not far from Wadebridge, Padstow and the Camel Trail. It's a beautiful old farmhouse with large beautiful gardens. We were impressed with the clean, comfy rooms and super friendly and welcoming hosts. Fresh breakfasts, cake & biscuits in the room everyday, fresh milk in a little fridge - what more could you ask for?
Thank you Tracy, Paul and Jackie for a lovely few days. We will definitely be recommending you!
15-20 minute drive to Padstow where Rick Steins fish and chips are great. Camel Valley vineyard is worth a trip and so is Tarquins distillery!
