We had a twin room at the front of the property which was lovely - spacious, warm and clean. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and it seems well-managed (happy staff usually mean a good manager and deputies exist!). They called for taxis for us, and breakfast was included even though we only stayed one night (it's usually for...

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed it. The staff are amazing and did everything they could to help us. The food for breakfast was good and cooked to order. The bedroom was very comfy and I felt very relaxed by the end of my trip. If I'm ever in the area I would definitely stop again.

Not cheap, but so worth it for an occasion. We were seated in the pretty conservatory, table set with traditional china, and offered the menus by a very attentive waiter. There are several choices of menu type, with or without the Prosecco option. Choice of teas or coffee in proper pots, and each person is offered a choice of sandwich...

The staff in this place were super friendly. Coming from a large family, it is a rare occasion that the full 8 adults and 6 children can find a place that will fit us whilst maintaining a private/fun atmosphere but Peel Hey certainly did. It was our Parents wedding and we booked the back room in Peel Hey for the...

I recently spent two nights at Peel Hey for a family funeral which was also held in their function room. All of the staff were very attentive and our stay was great - definitely recommend and we will visit again.

Can highly recommend Peel Hey for their Christmas Day meal. We have every intention of booking again for next Christmas Day and the party will be larger than just the two of us! It is such a suitable venue for us such a visit.

We have visited Peel Hey over some years for wonderful afternoon teas. Although we had never had a meal here we booked a festive lunch for eight to celebrate our Son's 30 th. Birthday. An extensive choice of dishes was offered over three courses plus coffee or tea with mince pies. Interestingly our choices covered all the dishes on offer...

Booked for three nights for a friend to stay here. She was delighted with the whole experience. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed was huge and really comfy. Everything you needed was either in the room ar readily available. The staff are polite and really helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. I joined her breakfast each morning...
