Wonderful guest house, warm and friendly atmosphere and fantastic breakfasts. This visit was for a family gathering but it’s a great location for sightseeing in Liverpool, Chester and North Wales. Will look forward to returning again.
My second stay here and never disappointed. Beautiful bedroom with en-suite. Always spotless and so comfortable.
Breakfast was a treat. Fresh fruit ..strawberries and raspberries, fresh orange to drink and a gorgeous pot of coffee. Cooked breakfast or toast..you choose.

I see I wrote a review in April last year. Since then I've stayed at least five times and it's almost like coming home. A warm welcome, very comfortable rooms and a cracking good brekky. Thank you Peter, Susan and Sally.
These guys are brilliant!
We arrived an hour later than we had previously informed Peter, no quibbles. Room was spacious, warm and clean. Tea and coffee making facilities, fresh milk is provided on arrival. Bathroom has all the essentials, too.
