We stayed here on an overnight stop during a hiking trip. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a very lovely bed; in-room amenities were a little basic but not bad. They have a bar and dining area which serves food in the evening. Our

Visiting an area you have never been to before and choosing a hotel can be a daunting experience. After a little research I found the Kingsley, and decided to book it for a weeks stay while I was visiting family in Yately, just 15 minutes down the road.. Firstly, the Kingsley

A really nice and friendly hotel with cosy, modern rooms and comfy beds. Very clean and quiet, a good breakfast and a lovely helpful host. We stayed to attend a birthday party in a nearby pub. Definitely recommend.

Good evening Ethel, Yes, we can do this. What date would this be for? We have a private dining-room that might be suitable, adjoining the main dining area. You can ask for this if you would prefer your party to eat on their own. Peter

Hi. Yes no problem. However, note the floor is wood so not the best surface for a dog to walk on. Also there is a big park/wood/green space across the road to walk the dog, but there is no street lighting so is very dark at night. I was not told of any space at the B&B that you can take the dog out in an evening. If you are looking for somewhere dog friendly nearby, the Wellington Arms at Stratfield Turgis (near Basingstoke) was great. They also let the dog in the dinning areas as well.
