With wonderful views out across the grounds and surrounding countryside, the rooms facilities include 32 inch televisions, personal safe, i-pod docking stations, radio, complimentary Internet access and DVD players available upon request. The elegant house, enchanting gardens and stunning location make Cromlix a truly wonderful venue for weddings, private and corporate events. The house provides an impressive backdrop and a variety of spaces including our Garden Room, The Study, the Library and the historic family Chapel make it ideal for a wide range of group types and sizes. Only a short drive from Edinburgh, Stirling and Glasgow, Cromlix provides a stunning rural setting for short leisure stays as well as private functions, weddings and corporate events. The Study on the first floor overlooking the lawn can provide the setting for a meeting or private lunch/dinner. The smaller and more intimate of our spaces, the room can comfortably seat 10 people on one table. The Library also on the first floor is a magnificent room with stunning views of the lawn on one side and the woodlands and drive on the other side. With its stunning open fire and high wooden ceiling The Library can seat 24 boardroom style on a high table that sits over our full size snooker table. The Garden Room on the ground floor is again a beautiful room with view over our lawn and can comfortable seat 20 for a meeting or up to 30 for a dinner. The Drawing Room on the ground floor is one of our public lounges with a large bay window and open fire. We are able to turn this room into a private meeting room. Light and airy and the largest of our rooms.

The restaurant is contemporary with an open kitchen. The staff are welcoming, friendly and competent. The food was light, fresh local produce and beautifully prepared. An excellent wine selection reasonably priced. A lovely evening.

Dear yshym, thank you for leaving a five-star review on Trip Advisor of your most recent stay with us at Cromlix and Chez Roux. It is lovely to read that you had a wonderful time and got to experience the house when it is covered in snow! Which makes cosying up by the fire all the more tempting. The house also looks stunning in Summer and you can really take advantage of walking round the grounds and Kitchen garden- I do hope we will have the pleasure of welcoming you both back. Kind Regards, Graeme Green

I got a voucher for afternoon tea in July 2016. In January 2017 I started looking on their website for afternoon tea availability for a Tuesday. I couldn't get a Tuesday until May 2017. However it was truly worth the wait!
