We stayed here on New Year's Day. Really nicely decorated rooms with extra touches to make it feel homely, comfy bed, very polite and helpful staff and the breakfast was very nice. Fairy falls waterfall is a 2 minute walk from the accommodation which was nice to see. Highly reccomend

We had our wedding party here, Debbie was so helpful, accomodating and nothing was too much trouble. The value for money was amazing, buffet food was outstanding and plenty of food and choice for everyone. We were able to decorate the room ourselves the night before and and take our stuff away the day after, which was great. We cannot...

Radiator not working in bedroom, leaking toilet, loose toilet, lumpy bed, extremely noisy, breakfast poor on 1st day but good 2nd day. Very good location. Not once asked if everything was ok, even when checking out. Stayed in way better places for far less money with much better customer service. Was offered tea or coffee in morning and said "just...

Our room was a balcony one, which actually overlooks the car park, but the lower rooms are even closer to the car park, so I would advise - go UP. This is the only slightly negative thing i have to say . The room was sparkly clean, lovely decor, and the pub serves gorgeous food until 9pm. The lady behind...

This was a last minute booking (arrival later same day) and it wouldn't have been my first choice but as there were no rooms available anywhere in the area in our price range we went ahead and were pleasantly surprised, It's by no means a 5 star hotel but considering the price we thought it was really good. The rooms...

Just spent two nights after a family wedding. Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Had to report a faulty toilet but that was the only problem. Breakfast very nice and filling and evening meals in the pub tasty and value for money. Stayed in the pub for the quiz, had a fun night. A nice quiet spot to stay and...

We were delighted to find accommodation during a very busy period. We don't often get time off and found we had a four day weekend free! After finding this hotel with vacancies on the internet we telephoned to make sure and booked one night for two adults. At 4pm the afternoon before we travelled we were telephoned to say they...

Stayed for one night prior to visit to surf snowdinia just up road. Is next to pub wth good beer a loads of good food and friendly staff. Breakfast is also good. Only downside (which is not accommodations fault) was put in middle room with very noisy and odd guests so did not get much sleep, reminded me if butlins......
