We visited for the Valentine's Day Meal and was amazed. We were made to feel special and welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food was brilliant and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire evening so much so we will be returning for Steak night in the very near future.

I have just returned from having a meal in the restaurant, there were four of us and as other people have mentioned the staff could just not get things right, at the table we asked for two pints of lager the waitress who took the order obviously forgot, because we had to ask again from a different waitress after about...

Easy to find, just before the toll bridge (75p), plenty of free parking. All rooms on ground floor so no awkward stairs to navigate. It was a really cold spell so the fact that heating was on all night, easily controlled, was much appreciated. Nice breakfast, superb views from restaurant window over the estuary.

Stayed at Cleddau bridge several times, our most recent was February 12th and as before we found the staff and food to be second to none. From the assistant manager to bar staff and especially Owen our chef in the restaurant! My wife and I would gladly make the 100 mile trip just to taste his food. The rooms overlooking...

We stayed here for two nights while visiting friends in Pembroke Dock, just five minutes from the hotel. The rooms are basic but sufficient. Clean towels and housekeeping everyday. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We booked our trip via Groupon, the deal included B&B and one evening meal. All very well organised and the food was...

Fantastic location, easy to find, well signed. New rooms comfortable and clean. WIFI was awful. Was moved to a room closer to hub - but impossible to work with it constantly dropping out. Careful where you sit at breakfast. I went down for breakfast and there was no one in the room. All tables seemed to be laid up. I...

Stayed here a number of times in last ten years and whilst a bit soulless was always good if expensive. I was thrilled to see it at a good price when I had business in the area so booked. The evening was nice it was quiet and very soulless but the waitress was first class and the food superb and...

Stayed here last weekend and very comfortable but on the ground floor and we like the window open - this weekend back again and asked for a room on 1st floor - nothing is too much trouble for the staff here, pleased with the room and lovely views over the estuary. The only challenge is the baths - smallest baths...
